Appalling customer service
Had some work done on my Kia May 2022. 2 months later need the same work as it wasn’t done properly. Terrible customer service on second visit. Since then I have written to CEO to complain. Customer services have tried to get reply from Kia Gloucester who are completely ignoring me, their Area manager and Kia’s own customer service dept. Appalling! It’s now 4 months with no response. I’m sure their service is great when they are selling you a car, but from my experience, after sales service is non existent. Complaint is still ongoing…….
