Kia Bolton absolute rubbish. Went in in March 2024 to buy a car but the system was down so promised a call back, and 16 months later it still never happened so I bought it somewhere else, now trying to BUY a service plan and promised a call from the service team, 7 days later still no call. Speak to Kia customer service and they send you to the dealer who never call back. If this is the service they offer when I am trying to buy something imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue. I have had 4 Kia's now and this will be my last one

Absolute pleasure from ordering to picking up my new car.
Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and explained fully how the Motability Scheme works and how it would help me to purchase my new car.
He was instrumental in me choosing this route , as it had always worried me in the past.
Tony kept me informed regularly regarding when the car would arrive and when the adaptation work would be carried out.
The whole experience has been stress free and very straightforward .
I love the new Kia Sportage and would highly recommend the Leeds Kia dealership to anyone who wants an excellent buying experience.
I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact that one person at the desk let them down .
I had a front camera replaced and when the work was don , the bumper was not put on straight . Had words with a certain individual that worked on the desk .
After trying to sort out the mess , I finally had a call from the service manager Bobbie !
He sorted it out with flying colours,excellent service ,polite to the point and extremely professional.
Hopefully the of his staff will take note of how it should be done .

Today Monday 7th I walked into kia bristol to look at the price of a brand new picanto .I wandered around the showroom giving the salesmen plenty of time to acknowledge me AND NOTHING. I WONT BE BUYING A NEW CAR AT THIS DEALER.( shocking service) GO ELSEWHERE.
Service at our local kia Hendy was top marks, very helpful, friendly and could not do enough for us. Kept us informed at every stage. Mathew Robinson is very knowledgeable about Kia and puts you at ease. He helps set everything up with the vehicle explaining everything and is always there if you have any problems. We are absolutely furious and will be starting a legal case against Kia!
We have been passed around from pilar to post, and now also have authorised letters to take to the ombudsman as well as a lawyer.
We haven’t had our car for months and have now been advised we won’t get it back until next year some time!! this is outrageous!!! we can’t sell or buy new and all the while we have been paying the hired company on top of what Kia has approved in order to get a car slightly more suited to our needs.
The car we have even with the upgrade payed by us is not suitable. We purchased an SUV sized car with a 7 year warranty because we need and want one!! We used it for a few months and haven’t seen it again since.
Kia has authorised nothing more than a go cart from the hired company and this cannot be acceptable or just!!
We asked at the beginning of this process for a hired or curtesy car same size and spec because we need it!!
If this was approved, you would have heard nothing from us!!
We are making payments to finance all the will the Kia lying in one of your garages depreciating in value and customer services all round any Kia Franchises we have spoken to has been despicable!!
Kia has caused significant stresses to both myself and my wife as we both have our own businesses and to not have time to be dealing with this. These issues are well documented with medical professionals as well, therefore we will be persuing a Legal claim with regard to this element as well!!
We constantly have asked for updates at the car garage, and been either completely blanked or promised a return call and receive none!!
Please take this email as an opportunity for you to put effort into contacting us to try and come to some sort of fair resolution??
Our next step will be to reach out to the general public through social media etc in order to align with people in similar situations and we will be gathering as much evidence against you as we possibly can to share the expense of our legal claim as we are positive we can’t be the only ones!!
The way we are being treated and trapped by you cannot be legal or just and we will not stop until we are satisfied that you make us whole for our trouble, worries and Stress you continue to cause us!!
We do not want the car anymore as part of why we went for a longer warranty is to be stress free knowing we have a reliable car and a reliable customer service, you consistently fail miserably at both!!
I will not chase again!! The next time you here from us will be through a lawyer!!!
Absolutely shocking! Kia should be ashamed!!!
Bought a new Kia through TMS Leicester. They were honest about delays in the supply chain and delivered the car to Lincoln earlier than previously expected, along with taking the old one away. They were very fair over trade-in allowance and I have to thank Holly there for guiding me through the more difficult issues of car purchase and registration.

Possible engine design fault resulting in catastrophic Engine failure for kia sportage which apparantly Kia hasknown about for cars pre 2022,design issue but have NOT RECALLED THE CARS!!! CAR MAKES SQUEELING NOISE LIKE SOMETHING RUBBING!! Do no drive causes catastrophic engine failure according to reliable breakdown service. My car only 1 Yr old, please consider major fault before buying a pre 2022 kia sportage
I spoke to Vertu dealership for Kia at Mansfield Road Nottingham as my keys for push start Kia Stonic aren't being recognised by my car. Instead of asking me to drop in and re-pair the keys at my convenience as most garages would they have made me wait 3 weeks for an appointment. It gets better .. this appointment isn't a specific time I have been asked to leave my car for the full day. It gets better than that - they have informed me that they will need to run a diagnostic test for the mere price of £140 and then when they find the keys need repairing (my 83 year old mother already knows this without any diagnosis!) they say there is a further charge of £180 to repair the keys (didn't even ask whether this meant both sets - I probably need to hand over a golden goose to get the spares done!). Checked out a video on You Tube and re-pairing both keys in this video took the total time of... 2 minutes 42 seconds !!!!! £320 to diagnose and repair from these robbers - absolute disgrace
I ordered a GT Line S DCT in mid January 2022 (direct from the dealer on a personal lease deal) due to the widespread supply chain issues at the moment the car had been understandably delayed. I then received some good news in October, the car had been produced and was being shipped. I was informed that the car was ready and being registered ready for collection on Wednesday 19th October. However I received a call on Tuesday 18th October that they was a problem. The car that had been shipped was incorrect, the spec was not to what was ordered. Infact the car received was a German spec GT Line which cannot even be registered in the UK. So myself and many other customers who have waited almost a year are now without a vehicle. Which has left my family and I without transport as our current lease car is now being returned (already had been extended twice). The dealership has been helpful but they are still waiting on a solution from head office, whilst myself and other customers just have to wait. Its unacceptable for a brand with the reputation of Kia for this to have happened on such a wide scale. I would say by the very least customers are offered some sort of compensation or at the least a car of equal or higher spec as a matter of urgency. Infact the original order should be fulfilled as a matter or urgency, however I don't know how feasible that is given that the G-Line S has now been pulled from the UK market). Shocking service.
I can't issue more praise on KIA Rep Herman DaSuza of Grovebury Cars Dunstable, Beds. The service he provided to us when purchasing our Ceed was first class. He covered every point clearly made it very easy to make our decision. He wasn't pushy and you really felt that he cared for the customer and was not there just to sell cars. In nearly 50 years of driving and owning more cars than I can remember Herman was without doubt the very best sales person I have dealt with. Well done Herman KIA Car salesman of the year.
Kia Sportage PHEV....
This is the worst car I have ever driven, the gearbox is hesitant, the accelerator pedal is of Fisher Price build quality, the interior plastics are embarrassingly crap but the biggest problem is the absolutely shockingly poor infotainment system. I find it difficult to believe that Kia could release such a crock onto the market, it's laggy, buggy and extremely annoying, this thing will drive you mad. If you're thinking about buying one of these try to rent one for a week or two first, you'll be glad you can throw the keys back at the end.
