Their customers service is 5/5. The woman who helped me (Katherine) was always very nice, helpful, and fast to get things done or to get the right person to help me with something. However, I give a lower rating because of the website/behind the scenes stuff. It took almost a week from when I paid my security deposit until that was processed and I was able to go to my next step. And that whole time, the website kept saying I still owed the security deposit so that was confusing. Emails I got were sometimes confusing so I had to reach out to customer service more of then than I would have liked.

This is my first experience with Darwin and I have never been so happy. I was in a bind to find a place to live and I was lucky enough to come across the listing. I reached out and Jennifer was very helpful from the moment I started talking to her. When she called to tell me I got the single family home, I was so relieved and excited.

When I needed my place to be rented out, I was referred to Darwin! Let me tell you, when I first talked to them they made me feel so welcomed and heard. I couldn't ask for a better experience. When I had any problems or questions they answered and got back to me quickly. This is an excellent property management and I will recommend anyone to come here! They are very professional, friendly and give amazing service.

The process of getting a house was extremely easy and painless thanks to Darwin!! Also thanks to Arturo for personally helping me with all of my questions and concerns.

When my significant other got a last minute job transfer to the area, we were in such a time crunch trying to find a home! Darwin was awesome! The day after submitting our home application, they'd contacted us letting us know we were approved! Such a stress relief! We'd worked with Jennifer as our leasing agent! She is fantastic! From squeezing us in for a last minute appointment, to addressing all of our questions, she is great! The entire staff seems to be so professional and sweet!

I hired them in the middle of December as I purchased my single family home. Kristen is extremely patient and helpful. She communicates well and walked me through the steps to set up the online account. The transition from previous property management is smooth. So far I am happy with their performance and I look forward to a great working relationship with the firm.

We moved into our single family home and found a few things that needed to be fixed. Not only were they quick about getting someone here to fix these issues they were great about working around our schedules. The entire process from signing to fixing to handling communications has been amazing. I would recommend this property management company in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a place.

Support for issue swas received within 3 hours

I have been very upset about many things since before I moved in. I was told false information, was apologized to and sent cookies after move in, so I let that one go because I felt it was an honest mistake. However, since moving in it just seems I am not getting what I pay for, here are the situations: Fridge- was not working and ice maker not working, was told it would not be fixed and we just needed to buy ice. Door bell- not working and was told it would be noted, but no plans to fix it. Fridge- not working again, we lost close to $400 worth of food, took way too long to get resolved and we did not have a fridge for over 20 days, once the fridge was replace, i started laughing because it was replaced with a fridge that is meant for a one bedroom apartment not a home with 3 bedroom and that amount of adults living in it. It just seems if I am getting less as I live here, I should pay less. There have been other nuisances that I don't care to talk about anymore, but I am extremely disappointed with the refrigerator situation, it has cost me money and I have had to buy an addition freezer due to storage issues because the replacement is a joke. Please don't respond with "the homeowner picks the appliance". I know they do but for goodness sake you should give guidance or recommend and let them know what is happening and it should equal what we thought we were getting paying this much rent.

I'm loving doing business with Darwin Homes. Very helpful staff - walked me through every step; 1)Self-touring, 2)e-Sign of Lease 3)Security Deposit payment (I got lost on this part) they helped me get through Lead Paint disclosure, then I was able to make Security Deposit online.
