My experience with Darwin Homes Property Management was very pleasant. Katerina from the leasing teams was assisting us with our lease and answered all of our questions professionally. Immediately after we had our contract signed, we had all of our services and utilities set up. I didn't have to go through hours of calls with companies and struggle to find a plan that fits within my needs. Overall, I am happy to be renting one of their properties!

As this is my first time working with Darwin Homes, I must say that I am quite pleased the the speed and efficiency in which my home rental process went. Everyone I spoke with was a professional, and was able to answer all my questions. At no time did I have any doubts on how this seamless the rental process would be.
I was contacted more than a week ago. I was sent the wrong contract. I replied stating this and had no response. Instead I got what looked like automated emails telling me to login to their portal.
The communication was great, but our directives were not always clear (resubmitting documents without specific details for what was missing, telling us to sign a lease without sending it to us etc) we ended up having to do things a few times/email back for further instructions. The staff has been very friendly and prompt in all communication! Thank you.
Moving from out of state and doing everything through email was a fairly daunting task. Especially during COVID-19! The folks at Darwin went out of their way to help me get everything set up and answer every random question I had. The help was much appreciated.
One employee showed up at my front door without a face covering. I have attempted to contact another employee multiple times (1 text message, 2 voicemails, 1 email) and have not yet been contacted back. It has been a week since the first attempt. When calling into the office, it was apparent that the office staff was not well trained to speak with customers/renters.
The online payment system is easy to use however. And although it was a miscommunication, when it was thought I had a maintenance request, the maintenance department was quick to respond...even though it was only to tell me my lease didn't cover that kind of maintenance and I was on my own.
Absolutely splendid service. Always responsive, quite rapidly I might add. Extremely helpful. My wife and I are extremely grateful for your team and it has been a blessing to be able to work with such a great team as y’all. We look forward to many great years in our new home. The team is very thorough and it may take a little with the covid rules to get everything done, but they are responsive and will do everything they can to help with your move.
