Terrible experience in every aspect possible!!!! House was Not cleaned before we moved in!!! Trying to get anyone to help by calling was a complete waste of time!!! Can not wait until my lease is up, to bad there isn’t a way out of it before then. Wouldn’t recommend this experience to my worst enemy!!!
Phone customer service is excellent and fast. However it took them a week to have someone come out for a leak. They also had issues with their portal and kept sending messages about “outstanding fees” but their payment portal did not reflect that.

responding to the emails,returning calls.. The only issue I had is when a person moves into one of the property, there should be a maintenance representative to do a walk through. That was never done.

I honestly didnt know where to start when I purchased my first investment property. I came across Darwin online when i started my property manager search but wasn't sure if they were the real deal. You guys have lived up to everything I had hoped for in a property manager and more.
My rental home was trashed and hired Darwin to take care of the make-ready process. They've been super transparent and helpful throughout. Finished it and got it listed within 2.5 weeks.
You make renting easy - from self-showings, to the online leasing and payment process and reliable service team. I'll always make a point of trying to rent a Darwin home from here on out.
Great move-in experience. Fast communication, easy to contact via phone or email. Had to ask to get the home cleaned, and they followed-up within 2 days.
You double charge the rent payment causing an overdraft. You don't return the money after acknowledging the double charge. Your phone numbers don't work when we call. And you take days to respond to messages. You're unreliable and unprofessional. You blame us for maintenance issues that we had been assured were fixed. You blame us when we report something broke in this 40+ year old unit. Or you dismiss our reporting of maintenance issues in the unit. I am utterly shocked and disgusted by Darwin on the whole. The owners may like you for now, but I don't see that being the case longterm. But then again, maybe that's not your goal. Quick return on an investment then onto the next property perhaps?
