I have been very upset about many…

I have been very upset about many things since before I moved in. I was told false information, was apologized to and sent cookies after move in, so I let that one go because I felt it was an honest mistake. However, since moving in it just seems I am not getting what I pay for, here are the situations: Fridge- was not working and ice maker not working, was told it would not be fixed and we just needed to buy ice. Door bell- not working and was told it would be noted, but no plans to fix it. Fridge- not working again, we lost close to $400 worth of food, took way too long to get resolved and we did not have a fridge for over 20 days, once the fridge was replace, i started laughing because it was replaced with a fridge that is meant for a one bedroom apartment not a home with 3 bedroom and that amount of adults living in it. It just seems if I am getting less as I live here, I should pay less. There have been other nuisances that I don't care to talk about anymore, but I am extremely disappointed with the refrigerator situation, it has cost me money and I have had to buy an addition freezer due to storage issues because the replacement is a joke. Please don't respond with "the homeowner picks the appliance". I know they do but for goodness sake you should give guidance or recommend and let them know what is happening and it should equal what we thought we were getting paying this much rent.
