Great customer service; average everywhere else
Their customers service is 5/5. The woman who helped me (Katherine) was always very nice, helpful, and fast to get things done or to get the right person to help me with something. However, I give a lower rating because of the website/behind the scenes stuff. It took almost a week from when I paid my security deposit until that was processed and I was able to go to my next step. And that whole time, the website kept saying I still owed the security deposit so that was confusing. Emails I got were sometimes confusing so I had to reach out to customer service more of then than I would have liked.
