As with most other reviews here about Dan Murphy's, the online customer service is terrible. First of all, I've had the same problem since I first joined Dan Murphy's website. Whenever I want to login, I need to reset my password - because I'm an international customer. I only found this out today, but back in April, when I tried to place an order I had this issue and the customer service suggested we delete my account and I sign up again. So that's what I did, but the problem continued. Even 5 minutes after logging out, if I want to log back in, I need to reset my password - even when I'm typing a correct password. It's so frustrating. So I placed my order in April, and today when I wanted to place another order, the same problem. But this time the customer service representative "Lincoln" insisted that all my past orders were using a "guest" account. Which is not true. I explained how the previous customer service rep tried deleting my account and me signing up again, but he kept insisting that NO ORDERS have been placed using my account. I told him the orders before April were gone because my account was deleted, but I didn't understand why my April order wasn't showing. Anyway, he continued insisting that I wasn't being truthful and didn't try to be understanding at all. This is DISGUSTING customer service in my opinion. So, Lincoln, here is a review thanks to your poor and impolite service. This problem of me logging in will continue. I was told it's what international customers HAVE TO DO every time they login due to fraud. So now I'm looking for an alternative company thanks to Lincoln.
