The WORST customer support
No more phone support for online orders. Message says we are very busy so nobody to talk to. Online chat is the only option and its a terrible experience. Left waiting over and over while the chat person engages multiple customers at once and leaves you waiting. Absolutely pathetic for a company with a brand like this. My order was two weeks old, not delivered within offered timeframe and i was told that i should be empathetic to the courier company because they were really busy too.
