Take the money but no delivery
Ordered ten boxes of wine on 28th October. Delivery was going to be 5-14 days. Now on the 22nd Nov I try to call but no, Dan Murphy does not take calls you have to speak to an online robot via web chat. So the robot couldn't help me so I was passed on to a real person still on web chat. I gave them my order number and asked what the delay was, only to be told it had been delivered on 11th Nov. I explain that there was no delivery and after a while they tell me it was lost in transit. I tell him that I find it hard to believe that ten boxes of wine could get lost in transit. The delivery company's website Endeavour is saying it is still at the depot since 29th Oct.
