Cheap

Cheap, Fast, noisy planes but the service! I was very positively impressed. The flight attendants were so nice! I had a personal issue and needed to stay close to the window, but the flight was full and there was no empty spaces. They succeed to arrange that for me, and were very polite and helpful through all my flight. I am very thankful!

Kundenservice premium

In den letzten drei Monaten hatte ich sehr oft mit der Kundenbetreuung zu tun. E-Mail Antwort binnen weniger Stunden. Freundliche und ausführliche Antworten. Schnelle Reaktion auf Probleme und kulanter Lösung. Jeder der geantwortet hat (besonders Andrea) einfach nur toll! Kein Vergleich zu früher! Kunden Service absolut Premium Bereich.

They will not refund you if you are not…

They will not refund you if you are not able to take the scheduled flight due covid reasons! Worst airline ever!!

Random cancellations

Not recommend. They will randomly cancel your flights without offering any reason or good alternatives. Best to avoid them at all costs and to book immediately with an actual trustworthy airline.

After not being able to travel due to…COVID 19

After not being able to travel due to COVID 19 for my flights I accepted vouchers for my flights which I still can't use , so I requested a refund for which they only refunded taxes because they said my flights weren't cancelled . I live in Australia and still aren't able to travel overseas . I think the Croatian Airlines need to REFUND my money in full .

Money stolen!

Dear Croatia Airlines! Hello from Canada! It would be a very appreciated if you refund our money that you have stolen from our last flight Sarajevo-Zagreb-Paris-Montreal-Toronto. You have canceled our flight from Sarajevo to Zagreb, which ended up us to be renting a vehicle from Sarajevo airport and forcing us to drive to Zagreb to catch our connection flight. Rental costs us €400. Our agent at Nives Travel has been contacting you several times with no response back from you! This is unacceptable and a very shameful move from Croatia Airlines. We always thought you guys were professionals. We have been your customers for 20 years this is not the way we deserved to be treated. My whole family have been using Croatia Airlines for so many years. This is very shameful! We all are definitely stopping using your service unit we receive our refund. Family member names that are affected in this case are Admin Alic, Meliha Alic, Elmir Alic. We are pretty sure our names are just enough info for you to check it out. Shame on you!

Very bad experience !

Very bad experience in July with Croatia Airlines. They changed the schedule of my return flight ticket, without warning me... Of course I missed my flight and had to spend a night in a hotel. The Customer service refused the reimbursment of this night at the hotel and pretented they sent a email, that I did not received... and of course they were unable to prove the existence of this supposed email. Moreover, each time you write to them,you need to wait one month before getting an answer... Unbelievable for a Customer Relation Service!

Appalling

It is incredible that a national airline, the flag carrier of an EU member state, a European company, REFUSES to issue refunds to passengers whose flights have been cancelled. REFUSES! No refunds for six months. This is absolutely astonishing.

Dishonest staff, still waiting on refund

Our flight was delayed by 4+ hours. Law permits us to a refund due to this, CA agreed when we contacted them about it. They collected the information to process the refund and have still not processed it. They are now ignoring requests for updates... it has been 6 months since the last response! Desk agent also flat out lied to us when we asked about what our rights were. Once we were not in the airport and had a chance to research it more it we found this out. Bad practices. Doing the right thing will create repeat customers who say good things about your business, doing this will create angry customers who say bad things about you to everyone they can and will not choose to fly with you again! Very disappointing.

Der Flug nach Zadar wurde mir Anfang…

Der Flug nach Zadar wurde mir Anfang Juli 3 Tage vorher und ohne Begründung abgesagt. Ich sollte einen Gutschein bekommen, den ich allerdings ablehnte. Auf Meine Bitte auf Rückerstattung erhielt ich die Antwort dass dies zu einem unbestimmten Zeitpunkt in der Zukunft erfolgen könnte. Dann hab ich noch 2 emails geschrieben, auf die ich lediglich automatisierte Bla-Bla-Antworten erhalten habe. Schließlich habe ich den Betrag nun über die Kreditkarte zurückbuchen lassen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über diesen schlechten Service.

Absolutely Disgusted

I was disgusted to find out that my travel agents request for refund on our behalf for flights on the 23 & 27th August 2020 is unlikely to be paid until December. This disgusting airline demand our money up front before tickets can be issued but can stall us on refunds for as long as they choose. I would never book another flight with Croatia Air in my lifetime. This airline is a member of star alliance. What a joke.

YOUR MONEY IS LOST, NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED FLIGHTS!

I requested a refund for a cancelled flight several times and I got a rude reply that a refund at this time is not possible. Please, please do not pay any money to this company!!!! In case of a cancellation and in this COVID-19 situation this is highly likely you will never get your money back! Think twice before making a payment. I wish someone warned me before I did! I definitely will not book a flight with them ever again! My flight was cancelled. I made a mistake paying for this ticket to Croatia Airlines when they had the codeshare with Turkish Airlines, this flight was from Istanbul to Zagreb in June 2020

Not existing client according to Croatia Airlines but they took 150€ from my credit card

I booked a flight from Split - Roma for 27.2. on esky platforme. Due to cases of corona I cancelled my reservation 2 hours before departure, by telephone call with esky agent. He promessed me voucher in months that were coming. As the time was passing esky or didn't answer my emails or said that they are waiting approval from CA in order to receive a voucher. When I finnally realised it is blef and voucher and even ticket never existed because when I install esky app my ticket wasn't there I had esky without ticket in it. CA agents told me that they cannot help me because I m not in there database as a existing client. BUT THERE BOTH CROATIA AIRLINES AND ESKY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR 175 EURO. CROATIA AIRLINES 150€ AND ESKY FOR 25€. How you cannot find me when you had transaction on my NAME AND SURNAME. They both trick me, took my money and now playing fools, nobody wants to investigate what really happend. I wouldn't recommend to no one both companies - ESKY AND CROATIA AIRLINES. I have spent so many time on telefone with Croatia Airlines, only spending telephone impulses and have spent even more time emailing with esky but without any response but they side or when the responded that were lies that they sent my inquiry to CA and now I only must wait. There is no my case for CA because I - Ana Meić Sidić, don't exist as a client for them! Very bad experience, I would give them both vote zero if there is! I don't recommend to no one Croatia Airlines!

Emergency landing

We took a flight from Zagreb to Dubrovnik with Croatia Airlines. 20 min into the flight the pilot announces that the plane is defective and we need to make an emergency landing. Luckily the pilot was on spot and did a good job but the plane we were in was and old plane. You could see on the interiror it was all busted up. We went to complain and the official Croatian Airlines staff were rude and didnt care at all. In the end they ended up calling the police on us since we were angry they loaded people on a defective plane. Some fat slob and toothless officer came yelling at us saying he will arrest us?! They said " we can only know the plane is broken when in the air".... Wth?!? Never again with Croatian Airlines. And never again summer vacation in Croatia. There are much better destinations out there anyway.

Excellent service by Damir, Croatia Airlines

We had to cancel flights due to COVID-19 and the agent we used to book the flights was not helpful to issue vouchers to us for future travel. I contacted Croatian Airways and Damir was the person who assisted us. He gave us 5-star assistance and we have received vouchers for future travel. Without his excellent service we would not have received the vouchers. Thank you Damir, we really appreciate what you did to get vouchers issued to us.

Schlechte Gutscheinbedingungen

Habe statt sofort mein Geld zurück zu fordern einen Gutschein akzeptiert, Gutscheinbedingungen wurden aber im vornherein nicht genannt. Schock: Man kann die Gutscheine NUR über die telefonische Hotline einlösen. Onlinepreis und Hotlinepreis: Knapp 100€ unterschied für den selben Flug. Da ich aber gezwungen bin über die Hotline zu buchen obwohl ich das gar nicht möchte, wurde mir von der Dame am Telefon eine Rückerstattung angeboten. Nun kommt, nach ausfüllen eines Formulares, nichts mehr zurück.
