Dishonest staff, still waiting on refund
Our flight was delayed by 4+ hours. Law permits us to a refund due to this, CA agreed when we contacted them about it. They collected the information to process the refund and have still not processed it. They are now ignoring requests for updates... it has been 6 months since the last response! Desk agent also flat out lied to us when we asked about what our rights were. Once we were not in the airport and had a chance to research it more it we found this out. Bad practices. Doing the right thing will create repeat customers who say good things about your business, doing this will create angry customers who say bad things about you to everyone they can and will not choose to fly with you again! Very disappointing.
