Für meinen Vater habe ich einen Flug von Zagreb nach Zürich gebucht. Leider musste mein Vater vor dem Abflug ins Krankenhaus und ist mittlerweile verstorben.. Ich habe mehrfach versucht den Flug zu stornieren. Die sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin im Zürich Büro hat laut ihren Angaben keine Möglichkeit den Flug zu stornieren.. Ich solle das headoffice per Mail kontaktieren .. bis heute warte ich auf eine Antwort .. ich bin in der Zwischenzeit einmal mit Croatien Airline zu meinem Vater geflogen ( bevor er verstorben ist) nun habe ich beschlossen nie wieder mit dieser Kunden unfreundlichen airline zu fliegen !
Ich fliege nur nach Kroatien wenn es sein muss wie z.B über Weihnachten. Ich hab keine Lust auf Stau und Stunden lange Autofahrten. Ich hatte meinen Flug am 21.12.23 und ich hatte noch nie so Angst bei einem Flug wie bei diesem. Das Flugzeug ist wahrscheinlich noch aus dem 2. Weltkrieg. Während des ganzen Fluges hat das Flugzeug so krass gewackelt und die Lichter waren aus. Ich hatte so Panik während des Fluges. Es gibt gar kein Platz für das Gepäck , es passen maximum ein Rucksack oben im Fach,wer einen Koffer hat oder ne Reisetasche muss die unter dem Sitz verstauen. Der Platz zum vorderen Sitz ist auch viel zu klein , Gott sei dank dauert der Flug nur 45 min. Es ist schon sehr unverschämt das die Flugtickets 300€ Kisten aber auch nur wenn man Monate im Vorraus bucht. Es wäre nicht schlecht wenn man auch mal neue Flugzeuge organisieren würde.
As many others have stated, terrible customer service when they are the ones who have lost my bag! No correspondence, they hung up the phone on me multiple times, they outsource the bag search to others who couldn't care less, are incompetent or who are grossly overworked (the bag deliverer) because the airline seems to lose bags regularly. Somehow on a direct flight bag went to wrong country and took days to find! No apology, no compensation, not their problem. Just avoid like the plague.
First and last time I book a flight over CroAirlines, They cancel both of my flights not even sending offer with new flight! Needed to call company to find out what is going on, after they forget to send e-mail with new flight details and needed to call again , after same with flight back, they let 3 seat plane in offer to choose seats and pay and over night you there going in small 2 seat plane, what they realize moment before we fly is broken and have issue, we missed connected flight thanks to this and in fear flying in same small loud plane! We have trauma after all this, I love to fly and do not have fear of flying but after this trauma after paying expensive straight flight they sell some cheap connected flight and put you in broke plane, I will rather walk from one side of europe to visit home than to book a flight over them..
I forbindelse med min efterårsferie valgte jeg at flyve med Croatian Airlines og medbringe min hund som rejsefølge. Jeg havde forudbestilt en plads til min hund på både ud- og hjemrejsen, hvilket løb op i en samlet pris på 100 Euro. Jeg modtog en bekræftelse over telefonen, hvor det blev verificeret, at taskens størrelse opfyldte kravene, og jeg kontrollerede også flyselskabets hjemmeside, som ligeledes bekræftede, at størrelsen var i overensstemmelse med deres retningslinjer. Til min store frustration blev jeg imidlertid afvist af Croatia Airlines' samarbejdspartner, Aviator, da jeg ankom til lufthavnen. De hævdede, at taskens størrelse ikke var i overensstemmelse med kravene, på trods af at både billetten og hjemmesiden klart angav, at størrelsen var i overensstemmelse med flyselskabets retningslinjer. Til den dag i dag har hverken Croatian Airlines eller Aviator villet påtage sig ansvaret og har kastet mig rundt fra den ene afdeling til den anden. Aviator har slet ikke svaret på mine henvendelser. Desværre synes dette at være standardprocedure for deres service. De har en telefonlinje, der er angivet som åben indtil kl. 16, men faktisk er telefonlinjen lukket allerede kl. 10. Mine e-mails er heller ikke blevet besvaret, hvilket gør situationen endnu mere frustrerende. Jeg er dybt skuffet over den manglende kundeservice, jeg har oplevet fra begge selskaber.
A terrible airline. They lost our baggage, didn't answer their phones, didn't reply to our emails and ruined our vacation. To make it even worse, they only wanted to refund 50 percent of the costs we had incurred, which was entirely their own fault.
Absoluter Horror. Das ist das schlimmste Flugzeug in dem ich je gesessen habe. Propellermaschine aus dem letzten Jahrhundert. Total vergammelt und abgenutzter Innenraum. Daher nie wieder.
I give them 2* as the 2 hour flight from London Heathrow to Split was ok, nice cabin crew and apart from the free cup of water and tiny bag of crunchy snacks there was a full drinks service (tea, coffee, alcoholic and non alcoholic) and snacks available for purchase. But on flight back to London yesterday (2 1/2 hours so plenty of time) we got the free water/snack early in the flight but no drink or food service whatsoever, unbelievable! I’m sure most of the passengers on this full flight would have appreciated the option to buy a drink or something to eat! I was seated at the rear of the plane and the 2 cabin staff members were just twiddling their thumbs! At the end of the flight I voiced my opinion rather loudly (which didn’t go down well with some nearby passengers but I’m sure I was saying out loud what most other people were thinking! Even the UK low cost airlines all provide a full food drinks/food service, so come on Croatia airlines this is not good enough 😡
Flew Brussels-Zagreb-Split in business. Crew very nice, flights were all late but I was able to make my connection. The food on board is nice and cute and Croatian but super tiny. And the lounge in Split has no food at all (nuts and those wrapped croissants...).
I'm really sick of dealing with them. They have cancelled so many flights over the past few years and they don't even bother to notify you of this. Totally unreliable and extremely unprofessional. Just a terrible company to deal with, I hope I will not be doing the same in the future and would not recommend anyone to even try it.
We arrived at Dubrovnik airport yesterday. One luggage was missing. We made a claim. They deliver us the missing luggage today in Montenegro. Such a good customer service.thank you🤗🤗
Never again! I got sick and with confirmation of my treating doctor, wrote many emails a week before the flight to croatian and didnt get a reply or just some copy-paste answers. When I called them they were not really intrested in my issue and just said they would cancel my ticket so they can sell it again without any refund or compensation. even though croatia is supposed to be in the EU, don‘t expect them to follow the rules. Never again with this ‚airlines‘
I travel every month min twice and this was suppossed to be my first flight with this company, we had to change our flight time and I asked them to leave 3 tickets reserved and one cancel, they have no reserve option and they don"t refund, I heard this frim extremely rude lady over the phone. I am still trying to get at least some money refunded please don"t make my mistake don"t book, also they are not cheap I booked because I expected better service for the price I gave.
10 days ago we returned from a trip without luggage. Until today there is still no information. When registering, they immediately told us not to try to call them on the phone because it doesn't work. we tried using other numbers to reach the lost luggage department, but the others say that we can only use that number, which is not working. we still try to call, it rings but no one answers. and so all day. two pieces of luggage are involved, without any trace. they also do not respond to e-mails. what frivolity of an airline.
They lost our bags. Can’t file a claim with them because they keep blaming other airlines when it’s them. Rude and not helpful. I have never seen a worst airline and people in customer service. No response in emails. Don’t fly with them. I will forever avoid this airline
Hin- und Rückflug nach Dubrovnik war eine Katastrophe! Bording beim Hinflug erst 25 Minuten später als angegeben. Audiohinweise Fehlanzeige. Keine Entschuldigung❗️ Abreise von Dubrovnik nach Frankfurt verzögerte sich das Boarding um 90 Minuten. Keine Durchsagen, keine Entschuldigung! Alle rausgesuchten Bahnfahrten waren hinfällig! Croatien Airlines nicht empfehlenswert❗️🙈

Dreadful flight yesterday from Gatwick to Split. Unable to sit with wife and nothing to purchase. No alcohol,no coffee, no food.FLIGHT was 16.25 yet all drink and food sold on earlier flights.Sad I have a return flight booked, will bring my own booze
Went on a business trip via Croatia airlines. My case came through cracked and open, when seeking for compensation or abit of acknowledgment - nothing! Very unhelpful and no service at the airport. Wrote an email with images, reply was it’s not our fault! Any other airline would be more sympathetic and apologetic. But nothing. Definitely will not be using this airline again for lack of service! Stay away.
