Not existing client according to Croatia Airlines but they took 150€ from my credit card
I booked a flight from Split - Roma for 27.2. on esky platforme. Due to cases of corona I cancelled my reservation 2 hours before departure, by telephone call with esky agent. He promessed me voucher in months that were coming. As the time was passing esky or didn't answer my emails or said that they are waiting approval from CA in order to receive a voucher. When I finnally realised it is blef and voucher and even ticket never existed because when I install esky app my ticket wasn't there I had esky without ticket in it. CA agents told me that they cannot help me because I m not in there database as a existing client. BUT THERE BOTH CROATIA AIRLINES AND ESKY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR 175 EURO. CROATIA AIRLINES 150€ AND ESKY FOR 25€. How you cannot find me when you had transaction on my NAME AND SURNAME. They both trick me, took my money and now playing fools, nobody wants to investigate what really happend. I wouldn't recommend to no one both companies - ESKY AND CROATIA AIRLINES. I have spent so many time on telefone with Croatia Airlines, only spending telephone impulses and have spent even more time emailing with esky but without any response but they side or when the responded that were lies that they sent my inquiry to CA and now I only must wait. There is no my case for CA because I - Ana Meić Sidić, don't exist as a client for them! Very bad experience, I would give them both vote zero if there is! I don't recommend to no one Croatia Airlines!
