The agent told me i only haveb1 thing on my credit, it was the 1st day of the month, she told me it would only take 2 months to get this off. The initial debt was 696 she told me it would save me over 300 and made it sound so good. Fast forward $600+ paid and no results.

Sierra was so amazing. She made me feel comfortable about something I have been ashamed of. She is giving me a feeling that I can be free of credit card debt. She has been understanding and non judgemental. I trusted her with all of her advice. She has passion about helping people. This is refreshing. Especially, in a day and age when we are told not to trust people over the phone. She is very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. Sierra is an asset to your company. The whole process was a pleasure.

I truly hope someone thinking about using this service through a difficult time reads this and saves themselves more financial burden. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM. They will make a lot of big promises and take money from you for as long as they can - no morals, no truth. I signed up for credit sage early this year after speaking to a representative who told me I had a great case, that my credit score would jump up in no time, that within a few months I would see drastic changes and they would be able to close out almost all of my accounts. We are now in September and besides a couple of points in my credit score, the only progress made was them taking $90 out of my account every month. And each time I called dissatisfied and wanted to cancel my account and told them I was unhappy with what I was told and what I was seeing, they would not make it easy to cancel my account, instead telling me that I had a review coming up soon and I should see big progress. It was all misleading. So this last month, as I am in a financial hard spot which is a reason why I came to use this service in the first place, they monthly payment tried to pull from my account and there wasn’t enough in there for it to go through. So I got an email saying that my payment failed, and if they couldn’t collect the payment within 14 days, my account would be canceled. So I let the 14 days pass, they tried again. But it was a lie, as 10 days AFTER that they pulled the money out of my account anyway! Putting me in a horrible situation with my bank and bills! I called them and said I wanted a refund as the email I got clearly stated they would cancel my service 14 days after not receiving payment, and they did not do it. And I of course also wanted my service canceled. They were very prepared to tell me no refund would be given as they “rendered a service.” They didn’t even have the decency to issue the refund knowing they took the money after they said IN WRITING that they would cancel the service after 14 days, did not do it, and took the money out 10 days past that date. They do not care about helping you. They will not make things right. Also not the first time they’ve refused to make things right, when I signed up they asked if I wanted to sign up for their standard scores service which would be an additional charge each month. I said no. They charged me the first 3 months anyway, and I called the service and they confirmed that I should have never been signed up for it as it was noted I said not interested. So they signed me up and took the money without my consent, totaling over $75. And when I asked for that to be refunded they said no! That even though it was a mistake, they couldn’t refund me, but they could lower my monthly payment a few dollars. Soulless company only looking to profit from desperate people. Stole over $134 that I did not consent to give and refused to refund a penny. I hope they get investigated. They are hurting vulnerable people. Please learn from my horrible misjudgment.

This is a scam, over 750.00 dollars spent to remove and repair my credit report and nothing was changed or repaired. Dishonest customer support, they try to sell you other services when you call to get any helpful information. I was told I was paying for a 90 day service but continued to be billed into month 4. No help from the account manager when I called, he just informed me I misunderstood when I set up the account and theres nothing he can do to help me.

I was looking up the phone number to the collections agency that I owed, and their number popped up with the same name. I was asking about settling my debt and I was told I had to pay a dollar which I thought was weird when I asked about why , I was told that it was a new state regulation. I was told I could settle my debt for $500 which I was willing to do. when getting the documents to sign, I noticed the name credit Sage and I asked what that company was for and Jake made it seem like it was a third-party company that was used just to remove the negative remark off my credit. I asked Jake multiple times what company he worked for and if it was in fact, the collection agency and I was told yes, but that he works for other agencies as well. After hanging up the phone, I looked credit sage up and looked at the reviews and come to find out I was not paying $500 to settle a debt. I was paying $500 to start credit repair which I did not want. Also, at no point in time Did he tell me that it was an additional $99 a month, so had I not done my research and caught it right away I would’ve paid $800 to settle something that wouldn’t have even been settled. Stay away.

I was told I had an old debt in collection when I applied for a new apartment. When I called I wanted to pay off the entire debt but the rep told me that it could be disputed and there would be a flat fee of $378 to start the process. After I was emailed the contract I saw that you were going to charge me an additional $99 a month for disputing this and any other outstanding balances. I asked for some kind of letter to show the rental company that the debt would be resolved and i was sent a letter saying I was working on being more responsible with my credit. No indication that I paid $378 to start to resolve the debt. The whole process was extremely confusing. I kept asking to pay it off and the rep was very skilled at dissuading me to do so. I kept saying that I did not want to be charged $99 a month and I didn't want to take any further action. Additionally as I continued to ask about other charges the rep disclosed to me that there was also a credit monitoring fee of $25 every month, which I said o to. Had i not asked questions I would have been charged for that as well. After getting turned down for the apartment i called back to completely cancel my contract and got a bunch of double talk. I just kept saying that I wanted to cancel the contract and wanted no other action taken. I had to repeat this 3 times before the rep stopped the hard sell. I also asked for an email confirming that the contract was canceled. I also asked for my $378 back but was told letters had been sent to the credit age cies already to dispute the charge. I literally had the contract for about 45 minutes and not only did I lose $378 but that $ doesn't even go towards paying off the debt! I paid $378 for 1 email to be sent out, since i was told that only one credit servi w reported the debt. And at the end of the conversation the person abruptly hung up on me. Their explanations are deliberately confusing and scam honest people who actually want to pay their debts.

Predatory scam, I googled Trident Assest Management and their phone number came up, I was Farley led to believe I was negotiating and paying for a settlement on an account in collects. They also lied and totale there would be a monthy subsciof $24.95, which it turns out is $99.95, there's absolutely no way to cancel this online. I will be contacting the Attorney General, the FTC, the BBB and my own personal Attorney. Beware!

This place gave me a renewed hope for building back my credit and taking care of debt properly. Disputing scams and figuring out whom I owe what to. I will talk to them first from now on before ever paying off a debt.

Roxanne offered extraordinary service . She was very patient . She thoroughly explained my options to help me dispute the accounts listed. My bank put fraud protection on my card therefore my payment was declined. Roanne treated me with respect and did not talk down to me because of my dept.

This place is a scam. I neede 1 thing removed from my report was told it would take 30-90 days around day 60 I called and they told me it was taken care of and would be off my report next refresh. Day 90+ called and was told the same thing. I forgot about it since I’m not buying anything I need a loan for. So day 190+ called and was told they are still working on it. This place is a scam. They tell you what you want to hear and never take action
