SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE!!! THEY TAKE MONEY AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS TO MAKING YOUR CREDIT BETTER. I THOUGHT THEY WHERE PAYING OFF ONE WITH MY INITIAL PAYMENT IT WAS ALL LIES ....

If I could give a 0, I would. I was very clear that I wanted to only clear up 1 collection and that the amount I was paying was for that purpose. The rep assured me several times, that was the case and zoomed through the process. After reviewing my setting, I see a membership fee that was never mentioned, even though I asked several times about additional fees. I call back in about 2.5 hrs to cancel and now it’s a different story and I cannot receive a refund on the money they took 2.5 hrs ago. Initially the lady said it was sent yesterday, when I informed her, I literally called 2 hrs ago, her story changed and now payment was sent already, so I cannot get a refund. This company is a scam, if it wasn’t, at the very least I would have received a refund since I am no longer using their service and I seriously doubt anything was done in the 2.5 hrs that they had my payment!

The rep i spoke with was super easy to talk to and extremely helpful

I worked with Tiffany and we had a few glitches that we worked through together. I felt that we were a team and we had so much in common that we’ve been together. Some of the similarities were unreal. She was awesome and very patient as I am disabled. I hope my credit Get back to normal with her helping me. I feel like it will! Thank you so much.

They stole from me doesn’t work they have fake 5 star reviews decline a refund after 1 day

After paying $240 I was told i was paying $20 a month ,then come to find out is $100 a month , when I asked to see the contract they canceled my subscription without my permission

SCAM SCAM SCAM They know you are struggling with debt and pray on your vulnerabilities. these people work for a legitimate debt collector called Resurgent. That’s how they are so knowledgeable and have access to your stuff when you give your info. They have gone off on their own and made up Credit Sage to lore you in with warm hearted kindness, lies and empty promises. Then they take a chunk of your money a monthly payment and DO NOTHING!!!! You get NOTHING!!! then you cant reach anyone at the company to speak with. They said they would dispute my stuff. I asked for a letter to take to court to show the judge that my account I’m being sued for was now in dispute. They told me THEY COULDNT HELP ME WITH THAT. the site isn’t even finished. These guys know you are in debt struggling and pray off you.!!!!!

Overall, complete waste of money. Was with them for 5 months, literally no headway on any of the things I needed helped with that I was told on the initial phone call that would be done. Complete waste of money. SCAM. I really hate I went based on the previous reviews.

Buddy Ball has been very informative and helping in resolving issues on my credit report. He has been very understanding of my concerns on the entire process so far.

Rosanne was very helpful, patient and explained things thoroughly. She answered all of my questions and supported me during our call with understanding each emailed document.

I signed up with their service and was on the phone with Andrew for a very long time today. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in the decision that I made. I explained to him that I like continuity and was wondering if I could continue dealing with him in the event that I had any questions, being able to call him. He assured me that I would be able to, just call and ask for him, he’s the only Andrew that works there. I made a phone call for another company that I have had previous dealings with, and I had an update for him, called and asked for him and was Told by somebody who answered the phone and could barely speak English, that it’s not possible to speak to Andrew anymore because I now have an active account. I do not like being misled and I also do not like having to deal with people that I have to continuously repeat myself because they don’t understand what I’m saying. This would have been a five star review if I had been able to speak to Andrew again.
