Corley Estate Agents Reviews

Unable to get through to them on the telephone. They say lines are open until 8:00pm on the website, but I certainly can't get through to them for the 4th time of trying today. Update: I did in the end contact the Agents via email and they did call me back. Nice (but as you should expect). Mark who I spoke to (and who read my review above) did apologise for my not getting through to them on my earlier calls, and mentioned that his staff were all busy / on calls hence the issue I found. He did say if I had left a message they would have called back. Yes fair point, but I was hoping to speak to someone when I was free and at a time of my choosing. Anyway, all's well that ends well. Updating rating from 1 to 3 for history of my experience.

I sold my father's bungalow with Corley Estate Agents and I would recommend them very highly. Mark and Helen clearly know their stuff and were efficient, professional & helpful at all time. Most of all though they fulfilled their promise of ensuring that the service they provided was tailored to my requirement. A top class estate agent.

My experience with Corley Estate Agents was wonderful. Helen is so helpful and can’t do enough to aid in the process of buying (and or selling I imagine). Whilst my property purchase had various delays, Corley’s kept me regularly informed and reassured. Both Helen and Mark were a pleasure to contact with any concerns or enquiries.

I felt that I was working with people who really cared about doing a good job with my house sale.

I purchased my house through Corley's and found them very professional and easy to deal with. I had my offer accepted within 24 hours and arranged a second visit to the property with my convenience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to use their service as the vendor of the property I purchased also had good words to say about them. The reason for the 4* and not 5* is for the lack of finishing touch. Property buying is a big purchase and it's one that you don't do it very often. Therefore it needs to be made feel special for the person purchasing the property. I work in a motor industry, in our dealership when someone purchases a vehicle, we often make special arrangement when they come to collect their new vehicle, give them small gifts or flowers. Any of these small touches make such a big difference to a customer.

We sold our house late last year with Corleys , and I would recommend them to anyone . Mark and Helen were efficient ( always answering the phone and getting back to you with information) , helpful ( able to answer all our queries and questions with the knowledge of the local housing market ) and professional. We managed to sell for above what we expected and it was sold within 48 hours . Helen was fantastic in liaising with other estate agents and solicitors within the chain , and subsequently we managed to exchange in under 11 weeks . Top class service . Helen and Jon

Excellent service throughout, well planned and conducted at each stage - advertising, conducting viewings on our behalf, handling offers, having contacts for surveys etc. We appreciated working with a team that has a very good knowledge of the area. Clive and Carole Sutton

Mark and Helen gave us great service in selling our investment property - I cannot recommend them too highly. They did exactly what every investor wants: they secured a good price by handling heavy interest, they managed the whole progression process including all the usual unexpected issues that can crop up, and most important, they kept us informed - we were never in the dark. Painless and smooth - everything a sale should be and so often isn't!

Having just sold my house with Corleys I could honestly recommend them to anyone. Excellent service always willing to chase up anything you needed to know. Very good value for money Garry Marshall

Family run business giving personal service, consistently attentive to detail and giving regular updates throughout, no hesitation in recommending Corley Estate Agents

Great experience buying first home with Corley estate agents, they guided me through the process and tried where possible to help speed up the solicitors. Very friendly and helpful.

A very helpful and friendly service from the start. They were always able to answer my calls and answered any questions that I had. They sent the paperwork in a very efficient manner and always made sure everything was alright with me. They were always able to help me to gain access to the property and help with solicitor queries as well. Thanks very much for all your help!

The staff at Corley's provided us with a very professional service. They displayed great industry knowledge, based on solid experience, and excellent people skills. They could always be relied upon to give honest and accurate information...,and you can't say that about many of their competitors! I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
