Corley Estate Agents Reviews

Moving home is known to be one of the most stressful things one can experience so it’s essential that you have the right estate agent on board. Mark and Helen at Corley estate agents were simply brilliant throughout the whole process. They were professional, helpful and courteous, always giving honest advice and guidance from the outset. Their viewing booking system was efficient and convenient for us and we always received confirmation emails and feedback. A sale was agreed at our asking price within the first two weeks of marketing and the office kept us informed of the sale progress right up to completion. I cannot recommend them more highly and having had experience with many estate agents in the past, we wish that every estate agent could follow their excellent example. A big thank you to Mark and Helen.

Absolutely fabulous service. Personal and professional. Always returned calls. Particularly liked the fact that the viewings were done by Mark, and he always followed up afterwards. Helen was always happy to help - I had a personal service which was successful and I would highly recommend using this estate agent.

Mark and his team have been very professional and realistic throughout the sale of my property. Mark has a very good knowledge of properties around the local area, he is always available for a chat - I would recommend him and his team highly - he is very hard working and has many contacts for things like EPCs and gas safety checks!

Having just completed a sale with Corley Estate Agents, we sold our house within one day of being on the market for over the asking prices due to Mark's experience and knowledge.. The photos were excellent which im sure helped sell the house so quickly.. Also feedback and communication throughout the process was excellent..

Mark was great, kept us updated throughout the process of selling our home and was always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. Would highly recommend.

I cannot thank Mark and his team enough for the help and guidance in managing at times a difficult situation. Very polite and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I had no hesitation in recommending him to my neighbour.

I would recommend CORLEY ESTATE Agents having a caring and helpful professional manner in the selling of our property and being good value for money and my mental sanity.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL

Mark and his team were very helpful throughout the process of selling my house. They kept me updated at all times and I'd use them again. They were also competitively priced.

Mark and his team truly delivered an exceptional experience for us, surpassing our expectations from the initial stages to the completion. Their service was unparalleled, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Many thanks for the outstanding, personable, and exceedingly professional service you provided.

Mark Corley is absolutely brilliant, he’s accessible and always there , if you need to talk to someone. Can’t praise him and Helen enough. Thank you so much for all your hard work and making things as smooth as possible.

I chose Corley Estate Agents on the basis of their excellent customer service and local market knowledge. They were significantly more responsive than the other agents I asked to look at the house I was selling and demonstrated a much better understanding of the local market than the other agents I considered. Highly recommended.

We’ve just gone through a pretty problematic house sale caused by 2x buyers pulling out and solicitors not offering the service we had hoped for. However, Mark Corley and his staff (Helen) have been fantastic start to finish. Both have gone over and beyond to help at every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for more. A totally professional, knowledgable and professional estate agents. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding. It's almost three years since we used Corley's Estate Agents for a house sale, but when I contacted Mark for some general advice and suggestions for professional contacts (conveyancing, electrical surveying etc) he was as helpful and professional as ever. You really cannot do better. Exemplary. Many thanks.

Mark and his team were fantastic. They kept us informed throughout the process and made the sale quickly and without any problems. Definitely will use them in the future when needed. Thank you.

If you’re thinking of buying or selling your home visit Chorley’s Estate Agent who will offer you a real 5-star service. I have used Chorley’s to sell 2 properties and I can honestly say that they are extremely efficient, honest, and transparent. Using Chorley’s verses, a commercial agent is a no brainer. What you get with Chorley’s is someone who goes the extra mile to get your house sold and follows up with you every step of the way. Mark and Helen helped me navigate selling my 2 houses during a very difficult time, but I felt like I was constantly “ahead of the curve” in every step of the process, which was entirely due to Mark’s thoroughness and dedication. Having access to someone 7 days a week 8am till 8pm was also very helpful. I cannot imagine a better experience and cannot wait to refer other people moving forward. Thank you Mark and Helen

Excellent service from Corley Estates. Mark recently found new tenants for a rental property for me, and his thorough, professional, and common sense approach has impressed me, far exceeding service received from any other agent in 26 years of business. I will most definitely be using them again.

Mark, Helen and the team at Corley's were great. They were great support throughout the whole process and were able to give really good advice and recommendations. Thank you!

Mark and Co were extremely professional in selling our property, Living in Wales I was updated on a regular basis and was completely satisfied with the whole house selling experience. I would recommend selling through Corley Estate Agents for anyone living in or moving to Leicester.

Thank you to Mark and Co for all their help and advice in selling our house. Mark often went above and beyond with his help due to us being a distance away. The personal touch and 7 day a week contact was very much appreciated. Thank you.
