Unable To Get Through On Telephone
Unable to get through to them on the telephone. They say lines are open until 8:00pm on the website, but I certainly can't get through to them for the 4th time of trying today. Update: I did in the end contact the Agents via email and they did call me back. Nice (but as you should expect). Mark who I spoke to (and who read my review above) did apologise for my not getting through to them on my earlier calls, and mentioned that his staff were all busy / on calls hence the issue I found. He did say if I had left a message they would have called back. Yes fair point, but I was hoping to speak to someone when I was free and at a time of my choosing. Anyway, all's well that ends well. Updating rating from 1 to 3 for history of my experience.
