Corley Estate Agents Reviews

Working with Mark and his team to sell our home has been a really good experience. Mark's honest evaluation of our home, providing valuable insight and guidance throughout the end to end process was very much appreciated. Yes home moves can be extremely stressful, but I'm glad we had Mark and his team in our corner.

An absolute gem of a company to deal with. We put our home on the market in January 2022. Mark Corley visited us, took all the details, produced a 1st class video of our home with quality photographs and due to excellent marketing, we had 1 day of viewing and a sale on the same day. Since that day the service and communication from Mark and Helen at Corey's could not have been better. We received regular updates as to what was going on within our chain, and whenever we had any queries or uncertainty, all it took was a phone call and we were spoken to in a reassuring, positive manner which really did put our mind at rest. Mark Corley makes himself available at the end of a phone from 8am to 8pm every day, something that is unheard of within other agencies and not only is he prepared to advise on your property, he gave me valuable advice on procedures and protocol in moving home. If I could give this company a 10 star rating it wouldn't be too much. Professional through and through,,..highly recommended

We had a great experience selling our house with Corley Estate Agents. Mark was always on hand with great advise and took care of everything. It felt like he was always on your side and would do what was best for you. I would definitely recommend using Corley.

I have been very impressed with the service I have received from Mark Corley. If the other estate agents with whom I have had to deal were as efficient as Mark then a lot of the stress of moving house would have been removed! I warmly recommend Corley Estate Agents. As far as I am concerned they are the best.

Selling your house is stressful at the best of times, and Mark provided excellent service and value for money throughout the whole process. Mark was understanding that we had a new born baby in addition to the added problems with regards to COVID, and always ensured that the correct protocols and safety measures were followed when showing people around the property. I would highly recommend his services and can't thank him enough for all of his efforts.

can not Thank Mark and and his team For such a smooth and professional service. I whole heartedly Thank everyone at Corley’s. I have used many estate agents in the past but feel compelled to write this review we’ve received nothing less than a fantastic level of service, smooth transaction and transparent procedure throughout and are extremely grateful for their great service!

I have just bought my house from Mark Corley. It has been a stressful experience, due entirely to the solicitors, mortgage broker and bank. Mark Corley has been the only positive experience in the whole thing. He has answered every call/text/email efficiently and promptly, offering excellent advice and support. He knew exactly what to do when it looked like our purchase would fall through due to a bank error and completely saved the day. The vendor was extremely lucky to have engaged such an excellent estate agent. If I ever get over the trauma of dealing with solicitors and banks and decide to sell in the future, I will 100% be contacting Mark Corley

Very satisfied with the service. I was selling a property remotely so it was important the estate agent service was effective and low-maintenance. Mark certainly provided this. He was always professional in his approach and his communciations were effective and responsive. His initial guidance on the market and the expected selling price for my property proved very accurate and the viewings, offer-management and sale all happened smoothly and quickly. He doesn't aim to be the cheapest agent in the Leicester area (and not the most expensive) but seeks to offer a higher level of service than the main population of estate agents. I feel I received this and I would certainly recommend him.

The sale of our later sister’s house was always going to be a difficult and emotionally draining. Mark was brilliant and guided us through the process step by step and provided brilliant support and expert negotiation skills. Many thanks are due.

We, being a first time buyer, didn’t have a clue how this process is done. But we didn’t have any hindrance or difficulty, thanks to Mark Corley of Corley Estate agency. We are really pleased with it. Highly recommend corley estate agent. Straight forward and honest people!

I found the whole experience of selling the property was stress free. The property was valued at the market pricepoint and the fees were very competive. From the very professional video tour of the property, keeping us informed of comments from potential buyers. Finally, keeping us updated of the buyer and on track for a successful completion in a timely manor.

I’ve used Corley Estates Agents for a number of years through renting and selling 2 houses. I tried them as I was fed up with using certain high street agents whom I simply couldn’t trust (buyers incentive scheme comes to mind). Thankfully I had no such issues with Corley’s, Mark always did always angle to get me a good price for my houses rather than accept anything and Helen always kept me updated with what was going on. It’s worth mentioning also that during times where buyers have tried to negotiate the price Corley’s have stood their ground in trying to get what you think your house is worth. I wish them both the best going forward and would recommend to anyone.

We cannot praise the efficiency and professionalism of Mark and his team highly enough. Dealing with the sale of a probate property is very stressful for the family, but Mark made the process so much easier. He was attentive, contactable and knowledgeable, securing a quick sale for us. Throughout the process he liaised with the buyers and solicitors, resulting in a very smooth transaction. We are very grateful to have had Mark Corley recommended to us, and would definitely do the same to anyone looking for an agent with the personal touch you can rely on.

We would like to thank you and your colleagues for everything you did with the sale of our house. From start to finish you were professional and realistic in your advice taking into consideration our circumstances and aspirations. We were contacted regularly with updates which is reassuring when it feels like some processes take forever. You dealt with our queries promptly and thoroughly and were reliable and consistent in getting back to us. Thank you for being dependable and supportive in what was fortunately a straightforward and minimally stressful process for us.

Corley estates agents provided an unmatched service and I could not fault them. Being a first time buyer, Mark was there to guide me through the transaction from the onset all the way through to completion, answering as man questions I had. They offered a service that could not be matched by these bigger firms and you can tell there is a clear passion for what the company does. The service was very professional, efficient and had a personal touch. Thank you corley estate agents

Full marks for Corley Estate Agents. This is an independent estate agents offering a fantastic level of service you won't get with the big firms. Mark sold our house for us as we moved overseas in a complicated move with lots of challenges, but the assistance and service we got from Mark with every step and eventuality was hugely impressive and much appreciated. Deeply professional service, excellent communication, with a personal touch. Can't recommend enough

If you’re looking for a professional and personal estate agency service, then look no further than Corley estate agency. Mark was with us every step of our house selling and purchase process, which at times looked like it wouldn’t happen, but Mark always managed to resolve any stumbling blocks. Whenever there was an issue, we could pick up the phone and either Mark or Helen, who also deserves a mention, were there to answer our call or promptly returned our call. We would not hesitate to recommend using Corley Estates, a truly independent and exceptional experience in one of the most stressful events in life! Even with the further issues due to the current pandemic, Mark was on the case to ensure there was progression on our sale and purchase. Well done and thank you Mark & Helen

Great service from start to completion. The standout for Corleys is that you can speak to one of the team in person easily and all day and over the weekend. Very thorough and good communication throughout we couldn’t have been more pleased.

When we decided to sell our home we invited a number of estate agents, Mark was miles ahead of the others and we new we would get total commitment to sell our property. Although a smaller an independent Estate agent ,the service and professionalism was excellent, not surprisingly our house sold relatively quickly and the attention to detail shown by Corleys made the process painless. Thank you to everyone at Corleys!
