Connecten Internet has made our RV travels more enjoyable. We have access to internet 99% of the time. Depending on our location, we usually have great speeds. More than enough for our lifestyle. Connecten is as easy as plug and play. Definitely recommend Connecten Internet.

Tyler called me to follow up on a chat I had with the Live Chat feature. That was resolved but he also reminded be me that if there was ever a connection issue to get in touch with Live Chat or text, etc. Makes it easy peasey to always stay connected! Being snowbirds we escape the Florida summers in our RV. Internet access is paramount to our travel and daily life. We had been using Tmobile mostly because it was portable and reasonably priced. Then Tmobile decided to change all that with an outlandish price increase. ConnecTen is literally our saving connection. Before Tmobile was our only choice for connection and if we were in an area that didn't have Tmobile service, we suffered. ConnecTen solves that with the ability to get connected to (4 providers) whoever has the best service that is available in the area we are camping in. We simply get on a live chat with one of their awesome techs and they get into our modem and get us connected to one of the 4 carriers they have. Our download speeds are always well over 20-30mbps and many times over 60mbps. Streaming video flawlessly! In case you don't know, ConnecTen utilizes Verizon, AT&T, Tmobile, and USCellular. We have traveled from Florida up through the middle of the country to Michigan and the Upper PI, and states east to southern and northern Maine. Whenever, wherever the techs were available to help us get excellent internet connection. When we get back to Florida we just bring the moden into our home just like we would our RV. Get on the live chat to get our modem on the best connection and our internet is, as always, excellent! 5 stars to the techs, 5 stars to the service, 5 stars overall!

I've been a customer for about 6 months now. Tyler and his team are great. The router and internet service have always been available and of high quality. The last time we traveled, the speed was pretty low, so I got on the chat and within minutes, a customer service representative was working to diagnose the issue and change the carrier to the best for the area I was in. I can't say enough good things about how well I have been treated and how well everything works.

I'm an independent longhaul truck driver and staying connected with data is very important to my business. Using the mobile phone as a hotspot, well frankly, sucks! I've tried several other solutions as well and ConnectTen is the very best solution I've found. 6 months now and I'm very happy. Speeds are good and aggregating two mobile networks in the router provides some good redundnacy against deadzones. I highly recommend ConnecTen.

I have been searching for an internet solution in the motorhome that is reliable, has good speeds, useable while in motion, and wouldn’t put me in debt with equipment or plans. After a long time searching, I was coming to terms with having to compromise on one or more of my needs… then I came across ConnecTen. After talking to Tyler, who is fricken awesome by the way, I ordered my router and plan. Shipping was FAST, I had the router in 2 days. Set up is super simple, all antennas are labeled as well as all connectors, so you really can’t screw it up. Now, for full transparency, I did have to return the first router because it simply wouldn’t power on, but they did send me a new router with a return label for the old one. Again, shipping was super fast and once I had the new router connected, I put it through its trials. So, with my TV wired, phone on WiFi, lights on WiFi, and streaming music from a WiFi connected unit, I was still able to record 266mbps down and 32 up. Needless to say, I am very happy with the ease of connectivity and the speeds it can achieve on a cellular network. Honestly, this is by far the best, and most cost effective option on the market and I would recommend this to everyone who rv’s or travels for work, or whatever. I couldn’t be happier!

Connecten has been great! Having the option to use any of the 3 big cell providers for internet, we always are connected. Within the last year, there has only been one place that we could not get absolutely great signal, but that was because we were RVing in an extremely rural area, and did not have a signal booster. The best part is their 24/7 customer service. Whenever we get somewhere, u get in a chat, and have them run a scan to find us the best provider. They are always there to help, and always help quickly. We recommend Connecten to everyone we talk to.

Full-time Rv, have had Connecten internet for about a year. I have been in some desolate areas in S. Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, and now Missouri and have always been able to connect to internet, just recently I had no internet connection, called them and they had me up running in 5 min.
