Tyler called me to follow up on a chat I had with the Live Chat feature. That was resolved but he also reminded be me that if there was ever a connection issue to get in touch with Live Chat or text, etc. Makes it easy peasey to always stay connected! We have enjoyed the service so much, we are going to be using Connecten for home, as well as RV travels!
