As full-time RVers who rarely have good internet, Connecten is a game changer!! My job occasionally requires me to do Telehealth and I can now do it easily with great connectivity in my RV. And we are able to stream without any hiccups. So pleased with this company.
We’ve had Connecten for about 4 months and it streams seamlessly! We were never able to watch Apple+ but have no problems now. We are full-time RVers and most campgrounds have poor internet but that’s not an issue now. BEST purchase ever!!!
I have only been able to get this to work ONCE in the last few months. When I called about the 2 broken antennas to give it a second chance, I was charged $10 for each. The antennas have been flimsy since the beginning and when I asked about a warranty or guarantee, she said "what's that"?
Their product for me has worked seamlessly so for during my use. If I had slow response I called the Connecten team and would rebooted on their end or switch carrier. Either case not much time spent. I would highly recommend.
Great Experience! I’m a new user, and I have great experiences with both the product and the customer support. My device did have a malfunction and the support team was quick, thoughtful, and generous with assisting and replacing my device. We are full time RV ers. We have traveled from California to West Virginia, where we live now, we had the T-Mobile tower for Mobile Internet, worked okay, then they announced that they would be raising the price from 40 to 140 dollars, so we said"forget that". Did a bunch of research on you tube and went with connect ten. We've never looked back, had worked flawlessly wherever we went. Would recommend to anybody

I had an issue where my signal was weak and it took only a couple of minutes for my support rep to switch the carrier and got me connected again. ConnecTen is definitely a game changer for mobile internet in our Motorhome. We spend a lot of time on the road and my family is able to stream with no buffering going down the road. Recently we went to Nova Scotia Canada and had excellent coverage throughout Nova Scotia even all the way at the top of Cape Breton Island. We have had the other services (big roof dome internet) that comes with the motorhome and it does not even compare to ConnecTen for coverage and especially the price. Both Download and Upload speeds are incredible for YouTubers like us.

Connecten has not let me down in the last 3 months. My RV has been from southern Alabama to Northern Michigan. I was able to stream TV from every camp site. The customer service has been second to none.
It is a great product for my rv. Also works everywhere we have been with our Rv. It has a great signal strength for streaming TV and movies. Worth every penny.
We have been full time rvers for 9 years and this is the first system that we love. The system and service is great. Works everywhere. When you contact customer service either by phone or on chat there is always a live person. Starting from Tyler to receiving the box and set up it Works. In fact we are upgrading to the 5G!
As an RVer, moving several times a year, it is challenging to have even any wifi on some of our sights. However Connecten has been useful in keeping us connected in some degree everywhere we've been. They are eager to help when connections were weak. I applaud thier service.
This is the only service I have ever bought that exceeded my expectations so fully and in every way. I live on my boat 80% of the time and service has been disappointing despite different boosters and other devices. ConnecTen works great always. Power draw is a consideration when solar is your total option. This too is quite manageable with this service.
You know those really annoying sales calls? Well, Tyler was one of them this one time and in the politest way he basically asked if I had decent internet because I'm on list for rural area(to answer no I didn't and that was the reason). So out of curiosity I heard him out. Simple, pay a set price and get reliable fairly "fast" net... but on the go. Ive tried 2 companies similar and had awful issues or upcharged every few months. But connecten has been same pricing and when I did have an issue(that was totally my own fault) Tyler a year after the sale was done connected with me and got everything straightened out easily. Anyway, that was long and all but basically: Great customer service and a great service to have if your the type to need
The great service began with Tyler and the initial contact, he was very straight forward with answers to every question I had. I have only needed to call the customer service on 2 occasions, both times my issues were resolved and I was back on line in short order. We recommended connecten to others when ever asked.

Connecten has been working very well for us. We did have a problem not long after we received our modem, but I called Tyler and he put me in touch with the right people and they got it corrected immediately! The customer service is beyond great and Tyler always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! Customer service is phenomenal! In fact, Tyler called just a few days ago to check in and see how everything was working. I can promise you NO ONE ELSE we've had service with has ever done that!
