Had an amazing experience very professional

We use our unit in our RV as we are still working but our remote jobs allow us to travel. Is it a one solution for every single internet need while traveling to any destination? No. If you are in an area that has weak cell signal across all 4 carriers, you're not gonna get a bullet proof Internet connection. But it gives far superior results over trying to connect over a cell phone hotspot. On a recent 2 week trip, we both were using our Connecten with both of us running zoom meetings. Other than a short period 1 day (when no internet connection was stable) we had blazing fast speeds the whole time. Our camper has a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot connected to an external antenna and the Connecten gets faster, more reliable signal. Company is also very good to work with.

Working with Connecten and Tyler was easy and provided the solution I needed. Traveling in an RV internet is difficult. Connecten works well without having to carry multiple data plans myself. I did use the help chat due to a connection issue and their staff called and helped me through it. Very professional greatly appreciate their support.

The communication with the company is excellent. A great way to get internet when traveling. The pause mode is a great money-saving tool. If I'm not using the device for a few months, I can pause the service and pay less. I highly recommend it.

I first started looking at the website due to a review on YouTube. Shortly later, Tyler called and let me know what packages were available and price points. I thought the initial investment to be more than it should. I do like that if I want to pause the service that is available. I chose the unlimited 4g package and overall happy with it. Keep in mind every time ypu change locations you have to.contact them to get the optimal signal. Their customer service is very good, but I don't particularly like having to get set up everything I move. Not a deal breaker.

My husband and I live in an RV out in a very rural in Texas. We also, drive truck OTR. The service has worked well for us in most areas and where the service is a bit spotty we use a wilson signal booster on both the trucks and In the RV. Over all the service has held up to online gaming and streaming on 2 TVs all at the same time with little issue. My only complaint would be the Antennas are weak, very loose and don't hold up well. Tyler was a big help when I made the purchase and helped me time the products arrival for when I would be home to receive it and test it.

We are touring musicians and full time RVers. Connecten and Tyler have been wonderful. So far we have had nothing but great coverage. Would highly recommend.

I've had this company for 3 months now. I live and travel in an RV and had had no problems with the coverage. The one time I did I was able to do a live chat with a tec and he resolved the issue on the spot.... I give these guys a 5 out of 5 rating.....

Tyler and his team are top-notch and totally committed to customer satisfaction. I have been having some trouble with connectivity and as soon as I contacted them they did a test on my system determined that the best connection for my location currently was Verizon turned that on made that my primary. And then followed up to make sure that I was happy with the results. That level of customer service is not typical these days. If you don’t have the service… get it, I can assure you that they will do everything in their power to make sure that you are extremely happy and they won’t stop until you are.

So far so good. We have had no problems with this system whether we are at home or boondocking in the rv.

Every time I contact Connecten they are very helpful and courteous. Tyler is great to work with.
