RV traveling, so stay in a place for a month or more then move, so needed more flexibility with carriers. Last place I stayed, Verizon service was very good, here, it isn't. Connect to the chat support for quickest service. Asked for help on chat for connection and got going pretty quick. Currently in a more rural area, so I did get a waveform antenna and it has made a huge difference. Overall has been very good service and experience. Ask for Tyler if you are interested in joining up.

This was our first summer with a travel trailer. Reliable internet was one of our biggest wants for being able to use the trailer to get out of the Phoenix heat for the entire summer. I'd heard good things about Connecten so I thought I'd give them a try. I have been extremely impressed with the customer service from the first phone call to Tyler to place my initial order. I've contacted customer service a couple of times. Both times it was Mysti who helped me out. She was able to resolve my issue fairly quickly. On one instance she said she'd have to do a little research but would get back to me as soon as she could. She was true to her word and got back to me in short order. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Connecten this summer.

Great product and customer service

We had just purchased a new 5th wheel and were in the market for something that would help in getting great Wi-Fi service for our cell phone and internet reception for streaming. I couldn't find anything out there that met our needs and would work everywhere we traveled until our son told us about Connecten Internet. Called and talked to Tyler and within 3 days we received our router and had it up and running in no time. Now wherever we travel we have great Wi-Fi service and have no trouble getting streaming services and connection to our home cable box to watch recorded shows. Their 24/7 customer service is the best I have ever seen. When you call them you actually get a live person. Once Connecten comes out with there new app allowing you to change cell carriers on the fly will make this a game changer. I would highly recommend this company for your RVing internet needs.

The best Internet connection I’ve been able to find. I am amazed at the high speeds allowing me to continue to instruct on line university courses while remote from my home office!

Received the router a few months back and although there were some kinks to work out in the beginning the customer service team did a great job of getting me going The service has been very reliable and obviously Not that great in areas with very poor cell reception but once I got my booster all that has changed So I definitely recommend getting a booster if you're gonna be in low signal

I've been searching for solutions for internet for my fifth wheel for years and a friend recommended this company and I am very happy he did because it works very well but I really can't wait until they come out with the application so I can switch carriers myself It's not a horrible process but I would rather not have to call or chat in to get it done

I just canceled my starlink and got this from my rural location home because I have a lot of trees and this was a much better solution for me because of the line of site issue Much cheaper and easier set up

Tyler and the entire customer service team were great. I got this for internet at the races at Road America in Wisconsin. During huge weekends (IndyCar and IMSA) we just couldn’t get it to work reliably. Customer service was there for me every time I needed them and they did try their best. It’s not their fault that the 3 cell providers are super overloaded on those weekends. Using it anywhere else and even at Road America on less crowded weekends, it worked like a champ and was rock solid. Unfortunately I went to Starlink so I have connection during the 2 busy weekends. I would not hesitate to recommend Connecten service to RV travelers. Starlink has its limitations since I need a clear view of the sky. You don’t need to worry about that with Comnecten.

Would not recommend this service. When we are traveling in a RV and had to call connecten and request a rescan to find the best cell service in the area. But to call that company we had to travel miles to get in an area to call them for cell reception. Sorta self defeating and a waste of time and resources, my Verizon account does just as good and less hassle. They advertise full coverage of US and Canada, I think this is a false statement on their part. Save your money.

The antennas on the router break so easily, seems very cheaply made. Really need a new router but don’t want to have to spend the money. Service has been great and customer service has been good.

We live full time in an RV and we're paying an arm and a leg to a couple of faceless giants, e.g. Verizon and AT&T. We needed both as every 2 weeks we relocate. I saw somebody else solved their problem with ConnectTen. I called Tyler at 646-996-1135 and found a hard charging young person willing to earn my business. Every question I had was explained completely and thoroughly. He explained all options and he listened very patiently to ascertain my needs. We now have unlimited unbuffered access to wifi for the 4 biggie networks and simply use the carrier with the strongest signal. Oh yeah, for about a fourth of the price. Umm, folks this is really a no brainer decision. Better service, much less cost and you get Tyler to help with initial setup, but available down the road to help. So great to have a single point of contact that is a competent young hard charger person instead of the endless waits with the ginormous telecoms who don't care about you. Call Tyler at ConnectTen and I'm willing to bet my next paycheck he can get you much better service at much much lower prices.

Tyler is the best representative connecten could have,he has been the best communicator to us every time we have talked. The website live chat has always fixed our problem in a timely manner!

We just don't have enough cell signal (even with a signal booster) to get this to work. It's not the company's fault, it's just our lack of cell signal. That being said, customer support and tech support is the BEST I've ever dealt with! I've emailed them several times asking if they can scan my area for a stronger signal, and they respond every time in just a minute or two. Can't ask for any better than that!

The service worked decent at first but now I have to call connecten every other day to have them reset my connection for it to partly work for a day or 2.

The customer service is phenomenal! Misty especially has helped me on multiple occasions. She is friendly, quick and persistent! Worth every penny!

Works good wherever we go. Only a couple slow speed issues.

I don't love having to get in touch with them to switch my carriers but I will admit it's a painless process and I can't wait for the application to come out or I'm able to do it myself
