I've been a customer for about 6 months now. Tyler and his team are great. The router and internet service have always been available and of high quality. The last time we traveled, the speed was pretty low, so I got on the chat and within minutes, a customer service representative was working to diagnose the issue and change the carrier to the best for the area I was in. I can't say enough good things about how well I have been treated and how well everything works.
