The start up process was simple, and when I call I get a real life human being! The internet works great and the ability to change between carriers is amazing since we live in an RV and travel to different locations.

After almost a wear of flawless internet, the router started to go down and had to constantly be rebooted. I sent a message to Connect Ten and got an immediate response. After remotely accessing my router they found the problem and fixed it within minutes. Great service and speedy response.
The portability of the internet is a huge plus. However, that being said, the signal strength is not that great at all. We often can only run one device and we have to reset the modem 2-3 times a week to have it work properly. We get a LOT of buffering.

I had Connecten for about 9 months and my job requirements changed, so I canceled my account. Two weeks later my job changed again and Connecten without hesitation reinstated my account. I absolutely love ConnecTen. I had an issue they fixed it right away. However Fed Ex made this difficult. I do recommend a different delivery service. But they are wonderful!!!

The support was great. However, you need to work on the overall connection issue. It appears the box always connects to AT&T even if there are other services that are stronger. Verizon is predominate in the area we are at but each time we power down it always switches over to AT&T. You need an APP that will alow me to change when I need to ....
The device works great and when i called to request trying a different provider the operator did it promptly and now i am happy with the speed i'm getting now!
We initially heard about ConnecTen from a friend, who said he was very happy with the service and customer support. When we inquired about ConnecTen on the website, Tyler answered our text and asked to call to discuss. We had several questions for Tyler about the service which he more than satisfactorily answered. We decided to order the Wanderlust 5G plan and router, which Tyler sent the router via 2-day express ship (Thanks!). The ConnecTen router was easy to setup and connected to our cell service provider in 5-10 minutes after initial setup. I then setup my wifi devices to attach to the 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz bands and it worked flawlessly! We have had the service a little over a month and so far, everything has been excellent! We called customer support once to check for the best cellular provider in our area and they were prompt, courteous and helpful! I would highly recommend ConnecTen for your connectivity needs!

I contacted support to see if I could get a faster connection. They responded quickly and I got a faster connection.
After returning all the equipment and canceling the horrible internet, I kept getting charged the monthly fee. After speaking to customer service I was able to get my money back. I do not recommend this internet service!
The Service speaks for itself, outstanding service. Tyler is an excellent point of reference. I went cross country and the service held up in every state. Great service. The price is not bad either.
