I opted for USPS delivery, it delayed the overnight shipping. No fault of ConnecTen! I was worried setup would be complicated. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a cinch! Plug it in, use the included cable to log into the device, then change the preset passwords for the router itself and the wifi passwords. Done. Despite using it in an aluminum sided RV with small openings toward the nearest cell towers it has performed solidly. I should have ordered the 12v plug for mobile use..

I can't say enough how this company works with you. They are always checking to make sure we have no issues. Tyler is the best he's a pro. He's polite he's funny which I so appreciate him. What I really like when I am notified that my payment will be out soon with is totally ausome. I don't know of any other company that does that. Thanks for the great service.

In my situation, I needed to add a yagi outdoor antenna that I already was using. I think it helped.

I live way out in the country. The only access I had to the internet was through a Verizon mifi jetpack. The service was just ok, but the cost was extreme! I found out about Connecten on You Tube. Found them on the internet and called. Tyler answered the phone. He answered every single question I had, explained the whole cost set up (much cheaper than I was paying) and got me rolling. I had my unit in just a few days and we took off! If you live in a remote, rural area with little to no internet access, give Connecten a call and talk to Tyler. He will take care of you!

The service is typically extremely good from a signal and speed standpoint. It’s easy to setup and easy to change carriers to get better speeds when need be. The owner, Tyler is receptive and respectful of your time. It’s good to talk to actual people when you need to get ahold of them. I’m glad I went with this company, they provide a much needed solution to our problem.

I live in rural Texas where the options are 6mbps and satellite internet with a low cap. My friend told me about Connecten and it’s made live with a family fighting over connection time finally over! I’ve been using this service for about 6 months now and what little issues I had their customer service has always been quick to reach, fast to repair, and always friendly which has been a welcome change from other internet providers ( you know who you are… central Texas). We do own an rv and plan on using it for our travels and getting a second router to leave at the house for our sons who will be taking over the home on our adventures. For those who will use this in a home I recommend a good AP router to extend the signal since these are made for recreational vehicles and the one I use cost about $16 and covers my 3 bdrm home, but I do hear a newer version or firmware is coming that will extend that. On a great day I get close to 400mb down and 10 up, bad weather high traffic day 130 down and 6 up, compared to what’s normally available out here being 6 down and 1 up.

This is my 2nd Winter I have traveled to Florida from Michigan. Every time I call Tyler he answer and answer all your questions and gets you up and running in minutes.. I would recommend Connecten to everyone in the country..

When I first signed up, the router I received had a loose antenna connection. One call into Connecten and a new router was on the way. Great service. Fast turn around. Since then, everything has worked.
