Just got my router in the mail and the setup was really easy and smooth The router came in only a few days because Tyler upgraded my order to a 2 day air for free I can't wait to hook it up and get it started because I have a 2 week trial period so let's see how this goes!!!

My agent Tyler is always Jonny on the spot if I have any problems with anything from connection to modem problems, I always get a call back within 24 hours if not at the time of the call

Ok y'all southwest Ms here. I had crazy vasat internet it worked once a month the day after the data reset. I was fed up with it not working a friend gave my Mr. Tyler's number. I sent him a text he called me right back and we discussed connecten internet. He told me how it worked and I agreed to give it a try. This is the very best internet I've had since I moved out of town. I've had it for over 2 years now and the only reason I'm not keeping it is because I finally got fiber internet in my area. If connecten ever wend down all I did was send a message and they had me back up and running within a few minutes. I will stand behind connecten internet and Mr. Tyler always. Best company I've ever dealt with. I truly will miss them.

I haven't purchased from this company yet and don't know if I will but I just wanted to send a shot out to them because every time I've reached out they answered quickly and when I called I spoke to this guy named Tyler and he was very professional and answered all my questions And that means a lot to someone like me who needs to communicate with a real person so that alone puts them a step above a lot of other companies that I try to contact and couldn't get ahold of anyone and just got bot like responses

I would give 5 stars; however, randomly, the TV backs out of what I'm streaming and goes to the home page. This never happened before I started using connecten. It can be frustrating to have your program interrupted.

When I find myself without a connection or slow service from campground especially on a sunday which seems to be when everyones uses it ,I hook up my connecten and I get my service without any gliches so glad I found connecten

I’ve been using ConnecTen for a few months now. It is our one stop solution for getting cell connection on all the major networks while traveling in RV. Prior to having ConnecTen and I had to pay for several hotspots from different carriers and try to figure out which one had the best signal at my current location. Since having Connecten, it’s simply Plug and Play to get the best possible cellular connection. Connecten manages the different carriers for me - at a great price. (Customer service excellent as well)

I’ve been very satisfied with Connecten so far. I use the service for working remotely when I’m traveling with my RV. I’ve had acceptable connection speeds almost everywhere I’ve been. They have been very responsive every time I’ve asked anything of customer service.

I have not had any timexwhere my ConnecTen router did not have service. I have seen amazed at how well the service is working. I have spoken to Tyler, the weber a couple of times, and I am very pleased with this service.

Worked great for the first 3 months when we were on the east coast of the states but doesn’t seem to have more problems on the west coast.

This is an amazing company! If you need reliable internet on the go and you want to have an exception customer service experience, then you need to get ConnecTen. They are very responsive and will work hard to ensure you receive a strong signal. If I could give them a gazillion stars on rating I would. :)

This is an outstanding solution for internet service. We primarily use it in our RV and as long as we have some cell signal it works. Because it works off of cell signal, it's not gonna give you internet where you don't have cell service. Our new camper came with a travelfi unit Already installed and connected to the roof top wine guard antenna. Even with that leg up, our connecten got a better signal.
