Tech support excellence
We've been in Mt Rainier mountains with fifth wheel. Starlink has been spotty due to trees. Connecten has been up and down initially. The tech 2 support team at Vonnecten has been at work tirelessly making it all work. It's now working well considering the remoteness and tree coverage. I have a Waveform mini external mimo 4x4 omni-directional antenna connected to get best available signal. Without Connecten and the great tech team I'd be left without decent service. Highly recommend Connecten.
