I spoke with Luke today who was helpful and efficient in providing me with Learner driver insurance, he explained the process and made it clear what my policy entailed, I felt reassured after feeling really Nervous about getting Insurance from a provider that I hadn't really heard of before, affordable price to.

The learner driver policy was well priced and when our son passed his test the transition to a full policy was seamless. A personable service (UK based) and competitive premium for a 17y/o.

Charge you £40 when you pass your test and say it’s a cancellation fee. Bombard you with emails and letters and threaten to take you to court until you pay it. Outrageous company. Avoid at all costs!

Thieves, plain and simple! £266 policy taken out in July Passed driving test 6 weeks later Will only refund 40% and then take another £40 cancellation fee!!!!!! So we get £76 back... that's £190 for 6 weeks of insurance!!! T's & C's are extremely long winded and confusing... deliberately! Edit: Note the response below.... Basically says tough luck, another mug bites the dust! Obviously they have found a lucrative business model, don't go after the long term cover, go for the quick buck and move on.

What a lovely advisor jenny I spoke to who made the process of gaining car insurance for a new driver a plesent one. Nothing was too much and she explained everything clearly and accurately. Got a reasonable quote for good price. If your a new driver looking for a reasonable and affordable quote this is the company to use. I received thoughough explanations of how the black box works with it's conditions and what it entails.
