Booked through Discover Cars, Grand Canaria Airport. Ridiculously cheap for a medium sized car that was virtually brand new, so I paid the excess insurance at the collection desk instead of the pre-paid deposit Easy pick-up (2 minutes wait, carpark is 5 minutes walk)) Easy drop off (follow the signs back to the underground park) Can't fault the pleasant people on both desks, I would certainly book them again.

Thieves, plain and simple! £266 policy taken out in July Passed driving test 6 weeks later Will only refund 40% and then take another £40 cancellation fee!!!!!! So we get £76 back... that's £190 for 6 weeks of insurance!!! T's & C's are extremely long winded and confusing... deliberately! Edit: Note the response below.... Basically says tough luck, another mug bites the dust! Obviously they have found a lucrative business model, don't go after the long term cover, go for the quick buck and move on.
