Sarah is one of the most friendliest call takers ever she is great at her job and really interested in what’s happening in your life she is on top of the call and has never made me feel like a chore the call is managed professionally and can still have a laugh with her she has a great personality and was always there when my wife died 2 year ago a call her my Samaritan just having someone happy bubbly and ready to listen even thou it’s just paying a taxi insurance

I’ve been insuring a vehicle with this company since around October 2022 and have spoke to Sarah most weeks since then. She is such a lovely person to talk to, goes above and beyond with her customer service. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Always asks after the family and had a lot of comforting words when a massive tragedy hit our family earlier this year. As far as customer service goes, Sarah is outstanding. 5 stars every time.
