mazing experience Amazing experience! Phoned them after passing my test spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who directed me to get full insurance! I would totally recommend them! had a great experience myself! Obviously had yo pay a cancellation fee as had only been with them for about half of the period but that was expected. Would totally recommend for learners!!

They charged me £100 on cancellation as I was selling the vehicle, they then agreed to refund however 7 days later I received a letter in the post telling me they were taking me to court.

If I want to cancel the insurance is not telling me anything

Absolutely brilliant service from Lisa at Collingwood! Yesterday when I was looking for short term private hire insurance. I spoke to a couple of dther insurance companies/brokers before calling Collingwood, the other companies were quoting ridiculous prices, weren't at all helpful and were asking for deposits that we're going to make it virtually impossible for me to get on the road anytime soon. I really should have called Collingwood first and spoke to Lisa. She got me a great price on the policy I needed, she was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and professional. It really felt like she cared and was happy to help me. She explained everything in an easy to understand and clear way. I cannot recommend Collingwood and Lisa highly enough! Thank you Lisa for all your help and for getting me on the road.

Megan took me through the quotation for a new driver policy and explained everything in detail along the way ensuring I understood and was happy with everything.

I took this learner driver insurance out in my son's name so he could learn to drive. I cancelled it after 8 months as he had passed his test. They charge a £40 cancellation fee. They have threatened to pass it to their collections department if i don't pay and have warned me "this can seriously affect my credit score and therefore your ability to apply for credit in the future". The charge is hidden in the t&cs, which I agreed to and therefore I have no choice but to pay it. If they wish to do business is this vile way they should make it more transparent when taking out the policy.
