It was very easy to use Centauro, which I and my familiy has done for more than 15 years. During the last two years the service has overall developed and the price for full cover insurance.

Horrible experience. The only way to get there from Madrid airport is with a shuttle( badly organized) and once we got there we had to wait hours in the sun in the queue.

Una atención maravillosa me ayudaron mucho ya que fue la primera vez que cogí un coche de alquiler me explicaron todo y todo fue genial con el vehículo
This is already the third time I’ve rented a car from Centauro, and I’m once again fully satisfied. The service is excellent: the staff is attentive, friendly, helpful, and always ready to listen to the customer. Everything is smooth, quick, and without any unpleasant surprises. Noleggio auto a Cagliari avendo già sottoscritto polizza Kasko integrale con booking. Arrivato al desk l' addetto mi tartassa aggressivo facendo intuire che , qualora non avessi sottoscritto ulteriore copertura Kasko con loro il controllo sarebbe stato certosino con alta probabilità di individuare danni. Assolutamente inaccettabile nei modi. Ho resistito ma tutti gli altri clienti, spaventati, hanno pagato. Pessimo
Réservation très facile, prix correct et compétitif sans caution, voiture propre et de très bon état, à l'accueil personnel gentil. Au retour du véhicule , service très pratique même en dehors des horaires d'ouverture et gratuit à l'aéroport d'Alicante. Je recommande ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oficina de Alcalá de Henares. Pésimo trato. Pésimas instalaciones y si tienen ocasión retienen fianzas. Buscarán cualquier excusa. Es parte de su política. Cuando entré salía una clienta insatisfecha. Lo que no pensé es que yo también. Hay otras.muchas opciones mejor que Centauro

Después de casi 2 meses de hacer mi reserva , todavía no me devolvieron el dinero de la reserva, estoy cansada de reclamar directamente a ellos y a la empresa intermediaria y ninguna me contesta ni me resuelven el problema
ACHTUNG: Schon bei der Abholung des Shuttles der Autovermietung vom Flughafen stieg ein anderer Kunde von CENTAURO aus mit den Worten "never again". Wir waren verwundert. In der Filiale empfing uns ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der uns jedoch gleich das "smart-cover für EUR 27 / Tag" verkaufen wollte. Wir verneinten, da voll versichert gebucht. Somit wollte er gleich eine Kaution für den Tank, für das Auto abbuchen. Dies überstieg das Limit unserer EC Karte. Von der Tankkaution war auch nichts in den Mietbedingungen. Also sagte der Mitarbeiter, es tut ihm leid, er könne uns sonst kein Auto geben. Bargeld für die Tankkaution wurde nicht akzeptiert. Als wir zwei Tage später Probleme mit dem Auto hatten, telefonierten wir über eine Stunde mit einem Call-Center in Athen - wurden verbunden - rückgerufen - bis jemand sogar Deutsch sprach und scheinbar in der Nähe auf Kreta war. Er teilte uns mit, er würde gleich kommen, jedoch müssten wir den Service vor Ort BAR bezahlen - nix mit Road Assistent und einfach und unkompliziert. Wir pumpten den betroffenen Reifen wieder auf und schafften es Gott sei Dank zu einer Filiale der Vermietung, wo uns das Auto getauscht wurde. Bei der Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges war eine lange Schlange. Als man unseren "Smart-Cover" Vertrag sah, waren wir sofort dran - alle anderen mussten weiter lange warten. Bei den Gesprächen an den anderen Schaltern hörten wir ständig die Verkaufsmasche - "smart-cover" verkaufen - darum geht es hier. Somit kosten 11 Tage Auto bei bookink 131,00 + 297,00 vor Ort um das Auto zu bekommen. Rückbuchung deTankkaution dauert 28 Tage....
Quando siamo arrivati all'ufficio di Centauro a Heraklion (Creta), l'impiegata dell'ufficio ci ha mentito riguardo al pagamento della franchigia/caparra. Infatti, sosteneva che non potessimo pagarla col mio bancomat, e che per questo l'unica opzione fosse pagare un'assicurazione aggiuntiva di 160€ (circa tre volte il costo del noleggio dell'auto). A quel punto io le ho fatto notare che in fase di prenotazione fosse specificato che per la franchigia si possono usare sia carte di credito che di debito. Allora ha ritrattato la sua versione dicendoci che sì era possibile usare anche il bancomat, ma che i tempi di restituzione della franchigia erano lunghi (circa 2 mesi). Per cui ci consigliava comunque l'assicurazione aggiuntiva, che a detta sua avrebbe coperto qualunque danno. Viste le recensioni negative ho accettato l'assicurazione aggiuntiva perché ero preoccupato di eventuali storie al momento della restituzione. Inoltre, non ci ha fornito alcun contratto che specificasse le caratteristiche dell'assicurazione che abbiamo acquistato, per cui ci siamo dovuti fidare di quello che ci ha detto a voce. Infine avevamo chiesto una Fiat 500 e ci è arrivata una Panda. Che è comunque stata comoda per le nostre esigenze.
Haben einen Mietwagen über Check 24 gebucht Als wir morgens früh ankamen um den Wagen abzuholen hat die Frau sehr schnell gesprochen und was von Kaution gesagt unter anderem 134 € tanken und 284 € Schlüssel Wir haben 539 € auf der Karte geblockt bekommen da wir noch einen 2. Fahrer brauchten Im Nachhinein hat sich herausgestellt das die 284 € für eine Versicherung waren Die wir nicht gebraucht hätten Unterschrieben haben wir nix und auch nichts schriftlich bekommen Finde ich eine reine Abzocke von Centauro Nie mehr wieder
I returned my rental car this morning at the garage at Alicante Airport and was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members. He was arrogant, unfriendly, and clearly not interested in helping customers. This experience completely ruined the otherwise smooth rental process. I expected basic courtesy during a simple drop-off, but instead encountered unnecessary hostility. Very disappointing.
El día 07/06/2025, alquilé un vehículo con matrícula 0517MPM en su oficina de Madrid Atocha (Av. de la Ciudad de Barcelona, 5). Al momento de la entrega, pregunté expresamente si el coche presentaba algún problema, dado que en una ocasión anterior ya tuve inconvenientes con un vehículo de su empresa. La agente Gabriela, quien gestionó la entrega, me aseguró que el coche estaba en perfectas condiciones, ya que lo había aparcado momentos antes. Sin embargo, una vez en carretera comenzó a mostrarse una alerta relacionada con el sistema AdBlue, algo que desconocíamos completamente. Cuando el vehículo indicó que quedaban pocos kilómetros para su apagado, nos vimos obligados a detenernos en un pueblo en horas de la noche, sin posibilidad de continuar viaje ni regresar. Intentamos sin éxito encontrar una gasolinera abierta que ofreciera este producto. Como consecuencia directa, perdimos un evento importante, sufrimos una interrupción significativa en nuestros planes y nos vimos afectados tanto emocional como económicamente. Al día siguiente conseguimos el AdBlue y lo cargamos en el vehículo, pero el coche no funcionó de inmediato. Durante este proceso, contactamos con el servicio de asistencia, donde el agente que nos atendió, identificado como Edgar, nos trató con desdén, falta de empatía y nula colaboración, incluso indicándonos que “nos buscáramos la vida”, lo que considero una actitud totalmente inaceptable. Finalmente, el vehículo arrancó por sí solo después de un tiempo, sin intervención técnica. Dado que esta es la segunda ocasión en que recibo un coche en condiciones deficientes por parte de Centauro, considero que existe una negligencia recurrente en el control y mantenimiento de los vehículos que entregan a los clientes.
The waiting time in Alicante airport is unacceptable! They ask you when your flight is arriving when booking in advance so they make the process so smooth as possible. However, we still had to wait for around 20 other groups who wanted to rent on arrival! Only one counter was open on a Monday afternoon (not even a weekend or a special holiday). Bad organisation, not even the best prices. Should have picked Hertz, Europcar or Avis.
I picked my car from Alicate airport (Spain). All the staff were very helpful. All the prices quoted were up-front and no hidden charges. I totally recommend Centauro.
Todo nos lo ponen fácil, a la entrada, durante y a la salida. Sin tarjetas de crédito, sin retención de dinero, margen de entrega. Les puntúo con un 10 sobre 10. Tanto en nuestra experiencia en la estación de Santa Justa en Sevilla, como ahora en la de Atocha en Madrid. Os animo a que sigáis así. Saludos
Absolutely disgraceful service. Our flight was delayed by an hour, and then again due to a medical emergency where a passenger needed an ambulance. We made multiple attempts to call the car hire company to let them know – no answer, no support, nothing. When we finally arrived, the place was completely shut. Despite all this, they still had the audacity to charge us £200 for a “no show.” How is it a no show when we tried to contact you and turned up as soon as we physically could? This was entirely out of our control, and they made zero effort to help or even pick up the phone. Avoid this company at all costs – completely unreliable, uncontactable in emergencies, and happy to take your money without providing a service.
