I purchased a phone paying full price to recieve the free 1 year of service deal for my daughter. The phone stopped working after 32 days of use. It was not dropped or physcially damaged. It just stopped turning on even after leaving it on the charger for days. I had not purchased the insurance. I tried to call customer service but they wouldn't help because I couldn't provide the passcode for verification they kept texting to the phone that won't turn on. Tried going to the boost store, they couldn't help either but recommended I buy a better boost compatible phone. Bit the bullet and bought a new phone and then realized 1 month later boost was charging for service now. Customer service told me that the free 1 year service is only for the original phone I purchased and not the new one. The original phone has to be active. I told them the original phone doesn't work! Basically still no resolution from boost. I wasted about $500 buying 2 phones and only got 1 free month of service and paid for 2. They won't even unlock this new phone for me. I canceled my plan with them and will never return. Boost is a scam company with no integrity. Never again.

Boost Mobile is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with Back in February, I signed up for a plan that Boost Mobile was promoting: • $25 for the first line • 50% off the second line • Plus $5 off per line with AutoPay That means I should have been paying around $30/month, maybe $32 max. Instead, for the past five months, I’ve been getting charged $53+ every single month, without any valid explanation. I’ve had to call every single month to fix it — and still, nothing gets resolved. The last three months, they haven’t even applied the proper adjustments. When I call, it’s always: “we’ll create a ticket”, but the ticket isn’t made right away — it supposedly takes 3 to 4 days, and even then, no one follows up. This has cost me hours of my time, calling again and again, only to deal with a broken system and empty promises. Their support team is clearly untrained, unresponsive, and useless. It’s like they’re intentionally overcharging customers, hoping no one notices or gives up. Boost Mobile is an absolute disaster. Their billing system is a mess, their service is a joke, and their customer care is completely incompetent. I’ve never dealt with a company this bad. Avoid Boost Mobile at all costs — they’ll overcharge you, ignore you, and waste your time.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. Went in to get a new phone plan first time user. The lady set me up with a plan that was not what we had discussed. I was unaware that she had done it until 12 days later when my phone shut off saying I was out of data. I called support, and they said they can't do anything about it that I had to return to the store. I returned to the store and they said to bad can't do anything for you they charged me 60$ for a plan that lasted only 12 days total crap. Refused to give me a refund or fix anything. Called support back and all of a sudden they can fix my plan but it will cost me more. Totally bull be warned don't use boost mobile!
I have been dealing with Boost Mobile’s customer service for weeks now, and the experience has been terrible. I was charged twice for extra data on 6/20 and 6/21 and your team refuses to acknowledge it despite proof. My “unlimited” data plan is being throttled well before I reach the 40GB high-speed limit — this is misleading advertising. My phone number now receives constant spam calls since joining Boost Mobile. I’ve been passed around from rep to rep, through Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, with each promising to escalate my issue, yet no one actually follows through. I shouldn’t have to chase your agents on different platforms just to fix basic billing and service problems. I have already filed complaints with the FCC, BBB, and Ohio Attorney General about Boost Mobile’s deceptive practices and poor customer service. I’m posting this publicly so others are warned. Boost Mobile, I expect my issue to be resolved immediately.
I was leery at first wondering how you could offer unlimited 5G talk and text for $15.00. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I'm impressed. I'm getting the same service and coverage that I was getting with T-mobile but a lot cheaper. I watched part of a movie on here and it loaded quickly and was good quality.

My initial experience was terrible The operator at the store in South Euclid lie that told me that I could not keep my saying telephone number you also lied and told me I could not keep my AT&t phone number. I gave him a terrible review and Jason just out to me and Jason was very helpful courteous honest and gave me a $25 credit for the next 3 months for the terrible experience that I received at the store so I am now satisfied Even though if I had to use my phone I would only be paying $25 per month every month instead of 50.
Services was excellent and quite good the whole process of my transition and add new line was using Boost Mobile before couple years back and was good in that time but now I seem to be much more better now
