YOU PEOPLE CHARGE TOO MUCH MONEY!!!
When I first came to boost mobile, I hoped to get better treatment as far As the payment plans as concerned. But now I see that you guys charge me too much when I call customer service for assistance in activating my phone &/or getting my number changed. You people are no better than the post-pay phone companies that I'm trying to avoid because you're so greedy in taking ALL of my money even if I were to change plans. This is the FINAL STRAW, so I'm seriously considering having to switch to a new carrier. TYVM!!
