Your technician performed excellently, was very knowledgeable and even had a trainee with him who he had coached well.

A bit of a tough learning curve to use the phone for phone calls, email, internet browsing, etc. More tutoring would be helpful.
Prompt, courtous, and helpful.
The same thing that has made DISH Network good for us.... Customer service
Boost is doing great except the Watch Video. It is always not working well
So far so good! Got the correct card installed in my phone and it’s working great! Very pleasant customer service and very helpful.
Good customer service but I want to cancel one of my numbers and want to make sure it happens.
So far so good...haven't had the service long enough to judge.
Very helpful customer service
Great service, Great price. I have better service at home than I did with Verizon. I wish I had changed to Boost Mobile a long time ago.
The process to port my number required me to contact the customer service team. The issue was on AT&T and not Boost. Each Boost rep was extremely helpful and patient as we figured things out. I wish I had switched to Boost sooner after I realized I was paying $90/month with AT&T for the part 2 years when I thought I was only paying $48/month. I’m now only paying $25/month with boost, which is even better and the service is the same.
I’ve had no problems I like the service and I’m happy with my phone.
No phone service from day 1. Can only use service by driving down to graham or futher north.A few days I could get some service around 5am,than nothing.
Since I have signed up with Boost Mobile I have had a problem with getting my phone to work on calls and I have not been able to get calls to go through like it did with C Spire. It seems that you have to do cellular data and not primary. I have zero technical background and I don’t know how to connect this problem! Maybe you can help me out a little.
I left AT&T for Boost because it was supposed to be a better deal. Instead, I ended up with a phone that overheated and service less than half the time. I couldn't even use my phone inside buildings, wasn't receiving calls or texts half the time, calls were static and I tried several ways to fix it and was told theres no way to complain within the company. So i contacted BBB and FTC but the company just kept saying I never contacted them. So I sent screenshots of my chats since I figured that this is what would happen and took screenshots. But nothing was done. Now they want me to pay over $1500 because I had to switch to a company and service I could actually use since I need my phone for work and kids. So $1500 for service that was not working as it was supposed to in the "contract" and for defective phone they refused to replace. I am being charged for service that couldn't be used and a defective phone they sent me?!?! They are still charging me monthly even with no line connected because I ported my numbers to a different company. They don't even have a way to make a complaint in the company. Probably because they will just give the run around and lie to appear not faulty! They did nothing to fix anything they just said it's not them or I haven't contacted them with issues but I have several time and for months and have proof but they still deny it because it's not in their system. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
THE STORE WE WENT TO BAD SERVICE AND DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PHONE INSTEAD THEY MADE THE CUSTOMER BUY A NEW PHONE WHEN SHE BOUGHT A NEW ONE A WEEK BEFORE .THATS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A CUSTOMER
So far so good. Great support
I have had numerous instances of trying to open apps when shopping and not having a signal. In Smithfield, Clayton, Garner, etc.
Buyer beware. We decided to give Boost a try only to find out that the super special flat rate did not include a hotspot or international calling. We added both and after a month were charged another monthly payment...decided to cancel on day 33 due to a variety of factors including international calling, extra charge for hotspot, quality of service, no US customer service, et al. Following up on the cancellation, I was not finding a refund for the 27 days of advance payment made noted above....20 minutes later and after being passed around to four different "representatives" I was told, sorry, no refunds were forth coming.....what a ripoff. Please choose carefully and get all the details from the less than forthcoming Boost sales people.
cannot understand what your operators are saying one was rude told me to call someone else
