I'm new to Boost. I used your bot chat twice yesterday without getting a solution to my concern. I spent an hour with the two chats and also called a phone number that they gave me. It was Dish with I assume another bot that wasn't helpful... asked for my Dish account number and told me that they could take my name off their solicitation list! I gave up.
Excellent customer service at time of switch. I have travelled 3000 miles, in ten states, since I made the switch without any phone, text, or data issues.
We were told we would have more coverage by switching to BOOST. We DO NOT have. Very disappointed.
Sofar everything is good . No complaints . Sometimes service is a little slow during certain times .
I am new to Boost. I had a little difficulty with the transfer to your service but a young man helped me through it and was extremely helpful. I have not had any problems with my service thus far.
I was given wrong information throughout the time. Neither the sales representative nor the one who first helped me activate my phone was right. It was a bad experience. REPLYING: I did reach out to the customer service. They all said they are so sorry yet they can’t wrong the right.

cellular is not as good as it claims to be.. I barely get service in my area.
So far I haven’t had any trouble except maybe the fact that some people find it hard to understand me

Not able to make a call from my house . I don’t think I have a signal here . Was sent to Walmart twice phone worked fine there but does not work here .i called in to get a refund and cancel but the person said they are working on it . So I’m waiting .
Tried to cancel after only one hour and would not cancel

It was great being able to activate everything over the phone. What wasn't great was that we got disconnected, but the agent did not call me back. I had to call again, thus having to talk to a different agent. I was told I would be receiving a SIM card in case my eSIM failed. That has yet to happen after more than two weeks.
