Boost Mobile is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with Back in February, I signed up for a plan that Boost Mobile was promoting: • $25 for the first line • 50% off the second line • Plus $5 off per line with AutoPay That means I should have been paying around $30/month, maybe $32 max. Instead, for the past five months, I’ve been getting charged $53+ every single month, without any valid explanation. I’ve had to call every single month to fix it — and still, nothing gets resolved. The last three months, they haven’t even applied the proper adjustments. When I call, it’s always: “we’ll create a ticket”, but the ticket isn’t made right away — it supposedly takes 3 to 4 days, and even then, no one follows up. This has cost me hours of my time, calling again and again, only to deal with a broken system and empty promises. Their support team is clearly untrained, unresponsive, and useless. It’s like they’re intentionally overcharging customers, hoping no one notices or gives up. Boost Mobile is an absolute disaster. Their billing system is a mess, their service is a joke, and their customer care is completely incompetent. I’ve never dealt with a company this bad. Avoid Boost Mobile at all costs — they’ll overcharge you, ignore you, and waste your time.
