Good price, bad service
The price is good. The service is not. My calls drop and my phone goes into “SOS” mode at random times. I barely have service at my home address. You get what you pay for.

Phone service is great. No dropped calls or any other problems
Excellent customer service
In and out phone reception when on a call.
Boost company is doing better than other companies. Boost needs to get better speaking reps. Can not understand their speach too well. Boost needs to get the right dates and times on voice mails. Also you need to turn off text, l was told that you could. Ido not do well with text. Got hundreds from people I do not know.your going to loose a customer. Also I do not need data.
I only had one bar and service was awful. I called customer service up to 5 times and received no help at all.
Everything is good. My phone with Boost mobile works great.

Bad service, lied about coverage
Your authorized rep lied and gave me $15.00 fur life monthly. You phone person said it would be $15.00 for 3 months the $25 a month for life. I’m confused.

My service is horrible limited data not unlimited data and calls sound robotic Calls drop etc .
I am not able to complete the California resident form to keep my SIM card.
I'm a little bit confused about why when I reboot my phone it is showing T-Mobile my old carrier. Good coverage except in My den which is where I had the problem with T-Mobile

My phone service is never interrupted
Long time Boost customer, have changed phones every 2-3 years with no problem. However, recently purchased a new phone and and this time when it was activated by CSR, instead of just porting my old number over they created an additional 2nd line (I DID NOT request), and it's been a nightmare to correct. Messed up my Autopay and everything.
So far we haven’t had any coverage issues and the price is right.
