My initial experience was terrible The operator at the store in South Euclid lie that told me that I could not keep my saying telephone number you also lied and told me I could not keep my AT&t phone number. I gave him a terrible review and Jason just out to me and Jason was very helpful courteous honest and gave me a $25 credit for the next 3 months for the terrible experience that I received at the store so I am now satisfied Even though if I had to use my phone I would only be paying $25 per month every month instead of 50.
