I signed up for unlimited data and was double billed for extra data on other phone
I have been dealing with Boost Mobile’s customer service for weeks now, and the experience has been terrible. I was charged twice for extra data on 6/20 and 6/21 and your team refuses to acknowledge it despite proof. My “unlimited” data plan is being throttled well before I reach the 40GB high-speed limit — this is misleading advertising. My phone number now receives constant spam calls since joining Boost Mobile. I’ve been passed around from rep to rep, through Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, with each promising to escalate my issue, yet no one actually follows through. I shouldn’t have to chase your agents on different platforms just to fix basic billing and service problems. I have already filed complaints with the FCC, BBB, and Ohio Attorney General about Boost Mobile’s deceptive practices and poor customer service. I’m posting this publicly so others are warned. Boost Mobile, I expect my issue to be resolved immediately.
