Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USA... See more

Une fois de plus le renouvellement automatique (bien que désactivé de mon côté) à été déclenché.. (idem en 2021) Malgré le fait que j'avais déjà renouveler Bitdefender (via une autre formule) 5 jours auparavant. Bref double facturation !! Et les démarches pour obtenir un remboursement sont longues et le site du support plante lamentablement. Même avec 3 tentatives Pourtant j'étais content du logiciel et de son utilité...

I had some difficulty having to go through billing and seeing my actual account info in order to remove double billing for some services AFTER I had already subscribed to the complete program. I also had some difficulty understanding the service employee’s accent.

Bitdefender works. It doesn't eat up resources and is unobtrusive. Customer service is great. They have been very responsive to any issues or questions I have had.

En attendant J ai l antivirus depuis 3 ans et franchement on est super bien protégé...Qui met des avis aussi farfelus je voudrais bien le savoir car tout est faux....A bon entendeur....salut
Downloaded software, click on Icon and get sent to the purchase web page again. Downloaded multiple times yet can not click on Bitdefender icon without being sent to the purchase page.
Quick response to my questions about the software
Quick response with a message - and a ticket number, then numerous emails reassuring me Bitdefender was on my case. It was a TMobile issue, though. And McAfee had loaded themselves on my computer - I found how to uninstall them, on Reddit - so I have to say - starting with Bitdefender, I had excellent service.
J'ai eu la mauvaise idée d'acheter l'antivirus Bitdefender en faisant confiance à Sandoz, le youtubeur qui leur fait de la publicité. Impossible de l'activer car Microsoft bloque toute application ou produit sur Window qui ne vient pas de leur store. J'appelle le service client pour demander de l'aide. C'était le parcours du combattant. Je reste suspendue au téléphone pendant presque 1 heure à chaque fois et je fini par raccrocher. Au bout de plusieurs jours et tentatives, j'ai enfin une personne au téléphone. Une femme parlant à peine le français ne comprenant d'ailleurs ni le français ni l'informatique. Je pense qu'elle a été mise là juste pour répondre allo, mais rien de plus. Elle m'indique que quelqu'un va me rappeler dans les 48 heures. J'attends toujours. J'ai fini par appeler un informaticien à mes frais, pour régler le problème. En plus, alors que je n'avais toujours pas installé leur dobe, je reçois un email m'informant du renouvellement automatique. Chose que je n'ai jamais demandée. Donc incompétent et malhonnête par dessus le marché. Je regrette amèrement cet achat.
I am going on my 3rd year with Bitdefender and they have never let me down with any issue I had. The product performs! Problems have been rare and, candidly speaking, they were mostly caused by my actions when installing or renewing their product. I am convinced that customer satisfaction is not only their mission statement but IS their mission. Any waiting time I experienced on the phone was always worth spending.
I had a problem with my subscription. Renewal and customer support was empowered to actually do what was right by the customer. This is extremely rare in this era where most corporations really don't care about customer satisfaction. Bit Defender is old school. They seem to actually care about long term trust and loyalty.
Malgre avoir désactivé le renouvellement automatique, celui ci a quand même eu lieu 2 jours avant expiration de l'abonnement. Aucun retour du service client à mes mails et ma demande de remboursement. Comme un sentiment de se faire arnaquer quand on se fait prélever 85€ alors qu'on est client depuis des années, et que des offres a 45€ sont proposées. Bref, peut être un bon antivirus mais 0 pointé pour le service client, le service commercial et l'honnêteté du process.

Ich habe kürzlich den Versuch unternommen, die automatische Verlängerung meines Bitdefender-Abos auszuschalten. Hierfür gibt Bitdefender vermeintlich sehr einfache Anweisungen auf seiner Website: Man müsse schlicht unter "Meine Abonnements" den Button "Meine Zahlungen" anklicken und könne darüber dann die automatische Verlängerung abwählen, das Ganze wird auch Bild für Bild erklärt. So weit so gut, allerdings gibt es den entsprechenden Button "Meine Zahlungen" einfach nicht (kein Witz). Einzig der Button "Upgrade" ist vorhanden, um das bestehende Abo noch auszuweiten. Es ist mir trotz längerer Suche letztlich auch nicht gelungen, das Abo zu kündigen, sodass ich mich umständlich an den Kundenservice wenden musste (Antwort ausstehend). Ich halte es für extrem unseriös, die Kündigung derart zu erschweren und werde schon aus diesem Grund auf einen anderen Anbieter umsteigen.
Pongo una estrella porque es imposible escribir una reseña sin ninguna. Les escribí un correo hace 5 días después de intentar contactar con ellos por vía telefónica y resultar ser misión imposible. El año pasado me cobraron 32,49€ por la renovación de la suscripción de mi antivirus. Se hizo de manera automática, a pesar de que había desactivado manualmente cada año este tipo de renovación Este año me llegó el aviso de la próxima caducidad de la suscripción pero no hice nada. Pensé que lo haría cuando yo quisiera. Mi sorpresa fue cuando, el día 31.01.25 me llega un cargo de, nada menos que, 79,99€ por la renovación, hecha de forma automática. Nadie me ha contestado al correo. Sigo llamando a diferentes teléfonos y comunican todo el rato (imagino que no responden conscientemente o son clientes que, como a mi, les ha ocurrido algo similar). Estoy muy enfadada. Voy a hablar con OCIC. No será la primera vez que llego a un arbitraje (que se resolvió a mi favor) con una empresa por malas prácticas, estafa y información nada clara.
