Does it ring any warning bells that all the good reviews mention Ruby or Millie as the consultant. I have had to ring this company many times in the last few days and I spoke to Harry, James, Jodie, Francis and Michael. None of them helped me. I booked and then had to try to change my ticket due to having shingles - a very painful condition. It is not fun to try to get help from this company. And they did not help me to either get a credit or to change my ticket despite having a medical certificate that stated I could not fly. Save your sanity and your money and stay away from this company.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. DO NOT USE THEM. CHARGED MY CARD FOR 2 TICKETS AND DIDNT GIVE ME TICKETS. I HAVE BEEN CHASING THE PROBLEM SINCE THE 7TH OF MARCH AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. DO NOT BELIEVE THE SAVINGS AND BEST PRICE EITHER ITS A SCAM.

SCAMMERS They took our money we paid for the airlines and did NOT pay the airlines. We rang them over 10 times. They are based in Delhi and are thieves and SCAMMERS

this is scam. you wont get your money back, no matter what they claim. for stress free travel, avoid this completely.

Scam! Showed up to the airport to board a flight only to be told best price travel never confirmed my ticket so I was left stranded. Best price has admitted responsibility through email but refuse to refund. Very frustrating and would advise anyone to stay clear.

Ruby was most helpful, polite and promptly assisted me with my concerns regarding the re-booking of our flights due to the Singapore Airline's change in flight schedules. She's spot on when she said that she will come back to me with an update a day after we talked as she needed to make new arrangements first with the airline.
