Thanks heaps, Ruby!

Ruby was most helpful, polite and promptly assisted me with my concerns regarding the re-booking of our flights due to the Singapore Airline's change in flight schedules. She's spot on when she said that she will come back to me with an update a day after we talked as she needed to make new arrangements first with the airline. Indeed, I got the copies of our tickets the next day. She has great customer services and communication skills. Thanks heaps, Ruby!
