Positive experience
Ruby worked hard to find the best deal for us in terms of price and connectivity. Our booking was tricky, but Ruby remained patient and positive at all times. Even in moments of frustration, she maintained a smile and a positive attitude, which I could sense even over the phone. If every staff member provides the same level of service as Ruby, I would certainly recommend Best Price Travel.
