Best Price Travel Reviews

I appreciate the help Ruby has provided me. Thank you for reaching out and called a few times to make sure I get the best experience and service when booking my flight. Hope you have a great day and I hope everyone in your workplace aims to do what you did. Great job!

Very good service

Quick response and very helpful especially Jodie.

Pathetic Scammers , They charged for ticket on spot but hold your booking with airline. Have called more than 10 times for confirmed ticket always saying it will take 24 to 48 Hrs., it's been 24 Hrs. now still waiting for confirmed ticket . " DON'T Buy from these Scammers "

These people are scammers. I tried to book a ticket on their website, it showed payment declined and provided a number to call. When I called them they said payment declined due to price change!!!!! They offered new price which was way higher than then actual airline price! These guys use any means to trap you and try to get you to call them and upsell. Their website is also very doggy.

Initial price was good, but after adding all the additional cost and inconvenience I should have gone to a proper agent. They booked me with the wrong name; thus I couldn't board because my passport had a different name. I take responsibility for the error because I don't have record, and I can't remember if I advised the correct name. It's my responsibility to check it also. But when I tried to fix it they promised to call back and never did, call center can't write or speak English, documentation is unprofessional, etc. In the end I fixed it myself, but they still charged me $150 for the change. Initially I refused to pay it but then they threatened to "release" the tickets and I couldn't risk that.

Customer service was great especially Ruby who assisted today for an emergency booking. Highly recommended!!

I had a flight booked this morning at batik air, they didn't let me on the plane coz my passport expires on February. Apparently it needs 6 months on my passport to travel. Yet they still sold me a ticket using the passport information. Also I paid for a direct flight from Brisbane to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Then at the airport I found out there was a stop in Bali even though I paid for a direct flight. And they didn't give me an eEticket or a link until the last minute. I was searching online for my ticket for days calling and texting and emailing.. once I finally got my ticket the guy is asking for me to write a good review.. well this company is dodgy and they ripped me off $687 expecting everyone to know this rule about the passport.

To the point. Staff willing to go out of their way on a busy work day to assure their customers. Ask for Ruby, she is wonderful at her job :)

James was an angel to book through was incredibly patient and provided alternate forms of confirmation when I couldn't use the ideal one. this man deserves a raise!!!!

UPDATE: we spoke to them the following day - a lady called Ruby. She said she would issue the tickets and thankfully we revived the e-tickets the following afternoon. We also then confirmed with the airlines and they confirmed the booking was valid. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THEM ITS A SCAM! we called the airline directly to confirm if the ticket had been issued after we had bought and paid for the tickets via this website and it had not been. The airline agent said they had made a booking but the ticket had been cancelled as the ticket was not issued on time.

I was very concerned as I received no confirmation after booking. I called my bank the next afternoon and cancelled my bank card as I have still not received anything. The following day I received my ticket via Whats App and then later by email. My flight later in January. The ticket is confirmed with Qantas and I trust it will still be there when I go to the airport.

I booked my ticket through this company. It’s been 4 days since my ticket is not confirmed. Team is so awful. No help from team yet. Now flight will get full and I freaking have to sit in the toilet. Thanks for your support. Such helpful team. Should be proud themselves by giving such helpless service to their customer .

I bought AUD $5100 worth of flights. The airline did not confirm so the booking did not proceed. They will not refund my money. They do not answer emails or return phone calls. This looks like a scam company operating out of Australia.

They cancelled our tickets due to “computer booking” issues but when I called the individual airlines, they all confirmed that there were no issues with any of their booking and seat allocation systems. It was very frustrating as I only found out when calling 48 hours before our family flight only to be told we had no tickets booked. Avoid them like the plague!!!!

My experience is very good. I talked with Ruby and she is very co-operative.

The guidance provided is marked by a friendly attitude and honesty.

It’s nice experience with best prices and specially with RUBY she’s very knowledgeable cooperative and I appreciate her support while my booking the tickets Best wishes to her (Ruby) Thank you RAJ

I cannot express how terrible and inept this company are. We had to call 5 times in order to get our tickets issued (which were almost $5000 AUD). They are NOT in Australia, they are in India and hardly speak English. I strongly urge anyone thinking of booking through them to just book directly with the airline and save yourself the hassle.

They do not give the full info when you are making a booking. When you finish the booking they will say for everything you have to pay extra. Example, when I booked my flights ti the UK all me check-in luckages, they wants me to pay $120 for every 5kg, each sector. All other booking sites give you 23Kg check-in luggage allowance. Now I have to pay $1,200 extra up and down forcheck-in luggage. I could have booked with Etihad airline directly for lesser price.
