Today I booked 2 tickets through best price travel. Booking got declined so I called customer support. Luiy responded respectfully and sent me a link but unfortunately didn’t work. I called again this Ruby helped me sort the issue payment was done and booking the as done. Both were very respectful and patient. Thanks guys for providing good customer support and instant response.

I had a terrible experience with this company; it’s a scam. Please avoid losing money and buy directly from the airline, even if it costs more. It's worth it for the peace of mind!

I’m having a nightmare with this company! I wish I’d read all the “real” reviews prior to booking return flights!! 🥹. However, the question I have is…HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY RECEIVED THEIR E-TICKETS AND FLOWN WITH THEM??? Or have this terrible “agency” cancelled everyone’s tickets?? It would be good to know! I’ve just bought tickets for $1500 and this “agency” wants $850 if I cancel!!!! I’m fearful I’m going to be stranded 3 days prior to my flight!!

🛑AVOID AT ALL COSTS-DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! SCAM ALERT ‼️ I stupidly booked my flights to the UK for Christmas this yr - I did this before reading google reviews! I paid almost $3700. I called Qatar who advised me that there was no confirmed booking for me. Only an itinerary. After days and evenings calling none stop (getting the run around) BPT finally provided an E ticket number. I called Qatar and was able to choose seats and meals. Finally my flights were confirmed. A week later I notice my flight confirmation had disappeared from my Qatar App. I called Qatar who informed me that BPT HAD CALLED THEM TO VOID MY BOOKING! I called BPT multiple times and eventually Wendy advised me that it was in fact Qatar that had cancelled my flights. She said she could book me another flight with Emirates. I said no and requested a full refund. After a week of chasing daily I have finally received my refund. It took for me to lodge a dispute with my bank, NSW Ombudsman complaint, 100’s of phone calls, stress, upset and wasted hours to resolve. I was going home to visit my family for Christmas. Imagine I had turned up at the airport for my flight 2 days before Xmas to be told I was not on the flight. Thank god I checked the app that day!

Do not buy any tickets from this travel agent. I bought it online in mid september. I need to call so many times to get the booking ref no and finally got it on 18 Sept. Then another month i checked on my flight ticket, it said cancelled by travel agent on 2nd oct. There is no notification or whatsover for the cancellation from the travel agent. I just lucky to search my booking at qantas website and got advice by qantas staff that is cancelled. Imagined if I am already in the airport on my departure date. I am not sure why they cancelled my tickets for and i did ask them they said they just update the booking refererence and not cancelled it. But they cant give me the updated reference no straightaway, so much stress dealing with this travel agency. They just leave me hanging and punish me to worry about my flight ticket that i already paid a month ago. The one hundred dollar i saved from buying the ticket with this travel agency is not worth it for my sanity n my mental health. PLS DO NOT BUY anything from this travel agent.

What can be done with this company when they have scammed your money for flights that they then dont provide? (they have voided the flight and not returned my money) Has anyone been able to get their money back? If so where to approach? AVOID this company

Nothing short of a SCAM. I tried to confirm my booking and it came back "SORRY YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN DECLINE" can't even write it correctly. Was told I would receive an email to process my payment.This process also had a Surcharge $39.68AUD. Another SCAM on their part. On cancelling the entire transaction I was informed by "Wendy" that there would be a $550.00 cancelation fee. I had paid the $170.00 insurance to cover any cancellation or change of flights. My flights Have NEVER been booked through to QANTAS, so what was to cancel. They did refund (I'm in shock) but still took the $550.00 for cancelling. Needless to say I am far from finished with Best Price Travel. I have contacted Consumer Protection and the Ombudsman. Never been so disgusted. SCAM SCAM SCAM . Best Price Travel should be deregistered.SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have since been told that the $170.00 Insurance I paid was for a Flexi fare. Could not be any further from the truth . I paid for Insurance and thats a cold hard fact. .

Thank you to TrustPilot for these reviews! I made a payment with them directly after seeing a flight for $900 AUD. I made the booking and proceeded with payment and it said "Booking Declined – Seats not confirmed – Call 02 9160 4508" And they immediately called me while I was making a payment, note that I didn't save my number anywhere but only entered it on the booking screen. After calling them again about the payment being declined they said "we will send you a new payment link" after reviewing that, I saw it was not legit in any way. Just stay away from them! Go through the legitimate booking process rather than risking for a few dollars of saving.

Definitely a SCAM!!! Best Price Travel Scam!!! Tried to book roundtrip tickets. Transaction got declined because of a surcharge. Instructed us to call a number to settle. However, we noticed that upon booking, it didn’t give option to choose our SEATS which was highly unusual. No baggage allowance info and food. So I decided to check the reviews - beyond grateful to have done so because it confirmed our hunch! Decided to book directly thru the airline. Price was higher only by 100 bucks but we felt the transaction was secured and legit. You will know because it has options for the seats, food and info about the baggage allowance in which Best Price Travel didn’t have!!! Few minutes later, we received a call from them. We blocked the number and now I am here typing. Stay away from these scumbags!!!

Please stay away from the scam. The customer service of them is awful. I booked the tickets through them and it's more than 60 hours passed they didn't give me my tickets. I felt something wrong so I called the airline I got the terrifying answer, they deducted the money from me but did not confirm my ticket with the airline. I multiple time chat with their support team and every time their answer was the same "Sir please give me 20-25 minutes your problem will solved please sir, sorry sir, trust me, sir" There are some 5 and 4-star ratings but they are totally fack. I suggest, do not trusting them.

Appalling customer service and overall experience. Save your money and find any other agency to purchase your tickets through. My partner and I were going to travel overseas, but due to a recent cancer diagnosis I had to cancel all upcoming plans. As it seems that no one can assist you over the phone I was referred to someone named Wendy to assist with my refund request by email. I was asked to pay an extra considerable fee to upgrade my tickets to flexi so the refunds could be looked into. I was reluctant at first as I wanted a rough estimate to know whether a refund or keeping my tickets on hold for a year would be the best option. Her replies were almost instantaneous when it came to getting those extra fees paid, and as it seemed that they were not inclined on being helpful whatsoever despite the awful circumstances I went through with the transfer, it has now been 10 days and I've heard nothing from them. It's worth mentioning that when purchasing my return ticket I was never sent any confirmation or ticket despite the payment being made. I had to chase that issue over a week for it to be sorted. So please don't let yourselves get fooled by the countless bots boosting their review ratings and save your money. I'm not one to get out of my way to complain but this has been truly sickening. Update: I received a call from the agent's manager after leaving the original review, all apologetic justifying the agent's performance with a story that was very different from the one I received from said agent. As expected this was with the hope for the review being taken down, as asked by the manager at the end of the phone call. Despite mentioning having to go through treatment from the very start it was only after half a dozen of emails asking me to pay extra that a medical certificate was requested which dragged things out even more. I was told the refund would take 12-14 weeks which in itself is pretty awful, but as expected it has now been 14 weeks and the refund is nowhere to be seen. I have sent an email to their support team a week ago, requesting contact details of someone in an executive position to seek help about the entire situation from the start, as my partner had a positive outcome doing so through her company. But no replies. I will try to find support through ASIC as a last resort and encourage anyone who had a terrible experience to do the same so this type of practice doesn't affect anyone else.

fake advertising... booking was declined , called them to confirm what was going on,, then they tried the " up selling spiel " as the price advertised was no longer valid.. needless to say, they burnt their bridge with me.

Worst ever! Fake 24/7 chat. No one reply to you. I rang about my booking issues… 10 mins calling back turn into hours of no reply. Just imagine if you have booking issues, you are really dead meat for sure! Do not book with them. Save yourself the nightmare!

Tried to book last minute airline ticket (Perth to Singapore) through them. Came across them on Last Minute Flights, them and another company virtually dominated this site. I booked a flight through them, my bank (Big 4) anti-scam system DECLINED THE TRANSACTION. Then an email came through asking me to contact them (BPT) via phone to re-submit the transact. It was full of grammar/spelling mistakes, became suspicious, did a 'review' on the coy, came across Trustpilot! I never got back to them and they can't present the same transact again but they have my c/c details. Dodgy coy, this is their modus operandi (the ticket you bought is NEVER AVAILABLE, so you agree to a subtiantially more expensive one). The 5-star reviews are all lies, the truth is the 1-star! The coy operates out of Indonesia, run by an Indian(!) Gent, they operate through a Sydney phone line. Avoid them at all cost, you gain nothing but trouble for using them! And they don't respond to criticism on this or other sites.
