Highly organised getting you from pickup point to hotel with porterage throughout. Booking very easy over the phone with staff always helpful and polite

This was our first time travelling with Alfa. We had an excellent time on our visit to Jersey on the 20th July, all our drivers were very professional, polite and very informative. Everyone went to great lengths to arrange a different ferry, port and hotel when the original one had been cancelled at late notice due to the weather. In our hotel all the staff were also very helpful and pleasant, the food was very good. We will certainly use Alfa Travel again. Thank you to all involved with our holiday Mr and Mrs Roberts

The driver Bill (william) from Crosskeys coaches he was a true gentleman he couldn't do enough for you, he went on different routes so that we saw all the beautiful sights on the island always dropped us off on level ground and always parked near by! The hotel was wonderful our room was stunning, the food was first class everything at the Shanklin Hotel. Will deffinatley go there again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. On the flip side of that tho was our feeder coach driver! Very arrogant and unhelpful! When he arrived at Ipswich to pick us up he just grunted South mims! We didn't know where our actual collection point was so I asked are you picking up isle of wight passengers he replied That's what it says on the front doesn't it??? I hadn't taken any notice of what was on the front of the coach? He then said put your case in there pointing to the holding area! No I said that's your jog! He grunted and chucked it in! The lady behind me struggled and put hers in by herself!!! Well when we boarderd the coach the stench hit you! Rotten toilet waste 🤢 made you gag!🤮 before boarding we asked where we'd got to sit! His reply was Sit where you like just not behind me! I don't want people coughing and breathing down my neck!!! Charming! If he was to be our driver for the whole journey we would have got off and returned home! Didn't improve on way back either! One of the ladies came up to me and said if I were you I'd check your suitcase was on the right coach as hers had been put on the wrong one, I popped and had a look in the luggage 🧳 department and saw my luggage 🧳 was on there, well he bellowed Get away from there your not allowed near the coaches move away! I said excuse me! I'm checking my luggage 🧳 he replied we don't make mistakes now get over there out of the way!!!!! He then started a full blown rant when my husband shouted back off fella! Leave her alone! Total silence all the way back to Ipswich! Coach still stank!🤢 Trouble is as desperate as I am to book another of your amazing holidays I'm worried that I'll get him again 😔 😢 💔 Chris is his name! Awful human being!

our driver Nigel was brilliant always on time and helpfull. The hotel staff were very nice.

Hotel in prime location and well run ,staff in hotel we found them very helpful (nothing too much trouble)

Hotel in great location overlooking beach so easy to get everywhere. Friendly welcoming staff, especially our waiter who was very efficient and friendly and we never had to wait long for meals. Excursions to St David's, castle gardens and the railway journey very good, not so keen on Carmarthen. Apart from that, very enjoyable holiday.

I loved everything about the holiday

Lovely hotel, great staff and well prepared and presented meals. Bedroom 100 very clean and spacious but very noisy until 10.45. It’s directly over the entertainment room.

Good holiday, all went well hotel staff helpful and friendly, driver gave good helpful info. Enjoyed holiday have two more booked.

Very pleased. Hotel Cavendish excellent room ,food, service very good. Lift excellent.

Good driver, nice hotel but lift out of order and has been for over 4 weeks. No problem to us as we are fully mobile. However, many of the others on our bus were not and were struggling with the very steep and narrow stairs. Nice excursions. Food mainly good at hotel and good choice. Chaos at Bowburn interchange on outbound as dispatcher was late so we were late for dinner on first night.

Coaches good and on time. Trips well organised. Hotel staff very helpful and efficient. The only negative the dinning area overcrowded and with late sitting for breakfast most of the self service items empty or very untidy.l

Everything ran smoothly from start to finish good holiday

Although the Auckland hotel was a bit tired looking in places and could do with a bit of a make over the staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for us the food was absolutely excellent and the location was truly amazing loved every minute we were there.

Staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly from coach driver to waiting staff and reception. Entertainment was excellent, particularly Craig, Micky and Hannah. Not keen on singer/compere who looked like Greg Wallace. Food was good and waiter and chef did a great job coping with my diet.

Trip to Fort William at the Croit Anna hotel.Good driver Gary, with good local knowledge -Day trips were interesting and scenery beautiful.Hotel needs updating however staff lovely and food fine. Location was excellent.
